Here we go:
1. hard boiled eggs, banana, Greek yogurt, cereal, granola(homemade and or nuts/raisins
2. avoiding sweets, high sugar (I am not drinking any juice just eating actual fruits & veggies. This is because I can fit in the 9 a day no problem)
3. I am currently 6 lbs. heavier, but I really would LOVE to add at least 2 more by attempt next week.
