this is very good information. I want to thank everyone who is posting. Send us all the pink baby dust that you can. :)
Wow, after reading all this I'm completely shocked that I'm having another boy. I did pretty much everything here just as my normal routine...I guess natural pink swaying won't work for me. :(
Wow, this is priceless! I'm going to bookmark it!
Bump. Keep them coming ladies!
Both the posters I was talking about took vitex af-af for many months (not sure about MD but I know Arabeth was TTC for 8 months) and did not get pg. Both got pg the month they stopped the vitex, MD with the soy and Arabeth with the Clomid.
Vitex used to be used as a birth control pill back in the Middle Ages and it seems like it is pretty darn effective for some people when taken all month long.
I thought i would add mine in here too.. well when i conceived my DD i was the thinnest i have ever been as i was constantly conscious about exercising. I would do cardio for 2miles every other day sometimes weights and pilates.. I never hardly had fruit or veg maybe once in a while or 1 or twice in a week. I was drinking ALOT of cranberry. My diet did include most stuff but i would starve myself then eat or I mostly only ate once or twice in the day i was at that point where i enjoyed feeling hungry!
.. and if i I was eating i would indulge bready stuff ( yes Im a Bread girl!!) My DH and I were living apart at the time so when i came over to the states it was almos like DTD every day!! and thats when i concieved my DD that same month we decided to not use any protections i do remember we sometimes us KY lubricant.. However im not sure if i reached big O' when DTD sometimes i did or didnt... and almos every time i had DTD i would either stand up lol or go bathroom ..( always seen the lil swimmers floating in the toilet lol)..I never took any vitamins or minerals.. and my skin wasnt in good shape either mainly due to lack of vitamins etc..
I hope it helps those who are swaying pink feel free to ask questions!! xx
When i concieved my girls i never ate breakfast........hardly ever lunch either mainly just an evening meal
Ate chicken lots(dont like other meats except sausasge+bacon)
3 of my girls were shettles timing(for a boy) so dont put much stock into that personally
Im actually pretty big on salt which is one thing that surprised me but when i swayed boy i switched from regular table salt to sea salt(so maybe table salt is not as boy friendly??)
Lots of fizzy drinks with most of my girls
And i never had EWCM with the girls xx
