The pcos women lowered their T, just because their insulin respsonse was improved and they lost weight, the inosotol didnt' lower T...thats how it seems to ME. But I don't know much about it AT ALL
DIM is also interesting but its hard not to notice how many BODYBUILDERS use this supp, as a way of lowering estrogen so they can INCREASE their testosterone...the same balance I was saying above.
I just hate to see a supplement possibly make things WORSE and inadvertently sway blue...when things like diet, vitex, etc actually really and truly for sure reduce testosterone, balance the estrogen in relation to progesterone etc
