Magical I've heard acupuncture helps. Is that a possibility for you?
Did anyone else fall off the diet wagon?! I'm swaying blue so I know I have more leniency but I must have eaten gallons of sugar. I didn't eat very nutritious at all which I think is important for blue. I did force myself to eat beef occasionally. I am really not into meat. I much prefer the side dishes and cookies, hence my two girls!!

Nann3 - may be too early to test - pregnancies last year didn't read positive until days 10 and 11. Just don't want you to feel disappointed for no need!
Quinn31 - I'm trying to eat my 2 eggs/day and my V8 with wheatgrass (plus cereal before bed) so that alone is making me feel like I'm eating healthy - ha! After the holidays I have tried to cut back on cookies and eat things like dark choc. I try to eat beef every other day at least, too....
Ugh I skipped my eggs a lot. I did keep up with my drinks, nuts, and oatmeal. I want my bfp so bad after the chemical last month but I'm scared because of my poor diet.

I was bad with sugar too... I'm just banking on the theory that higher blood glucose levels favors boy! BUT I did good over the holidays with meat and potatoes :) don't normally have them so I had like two weeks of extreme hardy boy diet.. With sugar from desserts mixed in there :p I'm kinda glad my last cycle lasted 35 days cuz it pushed THIS cycle's ovulation all the way back to after Christmas! So I got all those good heavy hardy calories in before/during my attempt!
Blue swayers, please don't feel like you can't get a boy eating sweets! With DS1 I had been eating things like cake and cookies fairly often because baking is my hobby. Same with DS2 I was eating dessert pretty much every night. I think the part of my diet that was blue friendly was how much I snacked and I ate quite a bit of fat and protein.
That's good to hear. I did snack a lot and hopefully got enough protein. I kept lifting weights for the most part too. I want this part to be over!! I've been swaying since July and it sucks.

Blue swayers take comfort! It's keeping your blood sugar high and stable that counts! Having sweets won't derail you as much as skipping meals and having a long fast between them! I ate horribly when I conceived my sweet DS3 that I'm holding! He was a product of a failed girl sway! Trust me- I had SUPER long fasts between meals and was not eating near as healthy as I did with my other boys! Oh and I was doing 60min of cardio 6 days a week too!
If I can manage having a boy with that, you can manage a boy with eating too much sweets!
Dropping off more of my blue baby dust for you [emoji597][emoji92][emoji170][emoji843][emoji170][emoji94]! You blue swayers are too cute and have a special place in my heart! I believe every mother should have at least one boy, or two [emoji170][emoji170]!

I get how you blue swayers feel. I slacked off over Christmas with both diet & exercise. Still ate lots & had lots of meat & drank v8, but no exercise for 2 weeks & not as many eggs & more sweets. I have put on more weight so now am trying to snack on more healthy options & have started exercising again. I hate feeling frumpy & I think that's why I've had girls cause I have always been the type to put on weight easily & have always skipped some meals or fasted for long periods of time & I never did any exercise. With my 1st dd I was at a good weight, with my 2nd dd I was still trying to loose weight as dd1 was only 9 mths old & I still had 10kgs to loose before getting to my pre-pregnancy weight. With my 3rd dd I was finally at a good healthy weight, not trying to gain or loose, but just in the habit of watching what I eat & not regularly eating breakfast & the only protein I really ate was meat at dinner time. No eggs or nuts etc.
