Well, I'm supposed to be CD1 right now but AF hasn't shown up (I may have marked my chart which is entirely plausible) this question maybe TMI, but does anyone have a lot of CM the day before/of AF? I keep thinking AF has shown up and when I go to check it's just CM.

So here’s an interesting fact: I’ve been wearing the Ava bracelet. Some of my findings I have really questioned. Especially the amount of sleep. So I thought, “what if my temps are really off too?” Woke up and took my bbt this morning and it was in my post O temps. Hmmm. Interesting. Now I wish I wouldn’t have relied on this dumb bracelet

Eighme - I sometimes get spotting before AF but not really CM. Hmmm...

Oh I hope so! My bracelet has me decreasing in temp but I just don’t believe it. I may just take it off and forget about it. Maybe letting this cycle take a natural course without guessing what is going on, really is the best answer. Ugh.Quote:

Hannah, when did you o? Glad we are together on the tww! What a shame the bracelet seems unreliable, bet it’s so much easier not having to take temps every morning.

Oh my gosh. To add frustration to frustration, I just found out that my bracelet is acting funny because it is broken! It’s actually missing a piece. So my chart is a wash.Quote:
