A friend of mine came over last night and i told her that i am thinking about swaying for a girl, she has 3 boys and isnt having anymore kids she said she wishes that she did have the chance to try for another but she cant now.. Anyway she told me that her dr that she goes to planed every one of her children she has BGBG and she did the shettles method everytime she believes in the method obviously.. I wounder how true it is that she did do the shettles method for each of them... she is a very lucky lady to of had it work for her 4 times .
I am, yeah. Thanks for asking. I got some cleaning done, which always makes me feel better... and I got to babysit my friend's daughter. It was fun to have a girl in the house even if I do have to give her back! I also got a new default picture designed for my Facebook business page. I am glad to hear it! I am going good, yes waiting to O which should still be the date i thought. My opks are still dark but not quite the same as the control i have no EWCM what so ever which i find very strange as usually i have at least 4 days of it before O. Anyway I just hope i can keep my attempt to my plan FX.. I hope we get our BFP around the same time that would be fantastic.

Just wondering if anyone has any great recipe ideas.....I have eaten way way way too much sodium and snacks and high everything. I am still trying this month bc I am old (er)...grrr! But, I have 2 weeks and even though it will do nothing it will make me feel like I am swaying.

I ate pasta almost every night for dinner. My staple was sauteed zucchini, mushrooms and leeks and creme fraiche (something like sour cream, but sweeter) mixed with pasta with a little parmesan on top. Sometimes I made a primavera sauce with no salt added canned tomatoes (President's Choice Blue Menu ones are good), zucchini, mushrooms and leeks. I also made vegetarian lasagna by heavily controlling the amount of cheese (meaning hardly any), pizza on homemade salt-free crust or on low sodium pitas, and vegetarian tacos, using veggies, canned tomatoes, a bit of chili powder and cumin on salt-free corn tortillas with a tiny bit of cheese.Quote:

I'm not completely sure I'll actually O the day on my ticker, but it should be around then. I'm going to use OPKs daily just to be sure!
I'm not either, I just o'd then last month on the clomid and then we didn't even try! I will take it again this month again I guess even though I had that really wimpy period and hope I o again and also hope my lining is strong enough! AAhhhh!
AF is completely different for me this month, so I'm going start testing the day it is gone just to be on the safe side. I bought a pack of 20!!!
You girls are so lucky you will O soon! Hopefully i will O in the next 10-15 days. I'm thinking I will use over the counter progesterone cream after O is confirmed on my ovacue monitor.
I am going through about 5 opks a day!!! crazy i know but i just dont want to miss it!!

I too have only been on the diet for a short time like you but i am hoping that changing your diet even for a short amount of time is better than nothing, plus it is completely different to how i ate when i conceived my boys so i am hoping that it will make a difference. And we will be using other sway techniques remember. I'm on CD3 now and am being really strict until i O, hardly eating anything and basically the same thing everyday. So hopefully my body gets a shock to the system and will only let :pinksperm: in at the gate!!Quote:

Lala, prayforprincess, purple sky, I will only have been on the diet for a few weeks. My naturopath (who also helps women sway) said she recommends women do it from CD1, so basically it is only 2 weeks until O. This is mostly because she knows that your thyroid function can be messed around if you are on a low salt diet for too long. Also, if it is a big change from your normal diet you will see a result faster. So keep doing what you are doing. It is easier to stick to the diet strictly if it is not for too long as well. And you should not feel guilty about enjoying Christmas. We've still gotta live!

uh, oh, starving this morning and out of decaf coffee too! I was eating brekkie until the last few days til I started waiting til noon and eating at 12:30, 5:30 and 8:30, not sure if i'll make it today...
I need expert opinions! I took this last night at 7 pm...does it look like two lines to ya'll or do you think that really faint line is an evap line? I'm about 11 dpo (I think?) and this was probably 10 dpo, maybe. Do you see a BFP or am I imagining it?

Auroara I definitely see it! I know a lot of people dislike blue dye tests but that looks like a thick line!
ooh i do see a line hun, but i cant say for certain, could you not pop out and get a clearblue digital ??

Thanks Jamie! I'm going to go out tonight after work and buy a FRER or a digital and take it tomorrow morning with FMU and hope the line gets a little darker or better!
When I rushed out to show my hubby, he said, "Umm, don't both lines got to be the same color?" I said, "no it counts even if one line is really faint." He then said, "Well, maybe you're just kind of pregnant?" LOL, how can a person be sort of pregnant?

Jamie - I have a Nathaniel too :D We had planned to shorten it to Nate but our DS1 called him 'Nanul' when he was little and now DS3 does it too, so we call him his full name almost all the time!
Auroara, that's hilarious! My DH never calls them pregnancy tests only "pee sticks". I took so many last week (like 9) and I had them all in the bathroom and he said "you do realize there is like $60 worth of stuff you've peed on in the bathroom." not quite $60 but I thought it was pretty funny he said that.
Zanacal, one reason we chose Nathaniel is because we liked all the ways it could be shortened but when he was born everyone called him "Nate Nate" and it just stuck, although DH likes Nathan and calls him that a lot but we don't really use Nathaniel often. That's so cute what your other DS called him DS2 is 18 months and doesn't call Nate anything yet just kind of grunts and yells at him.
