Yes, the cramping is pretty bad. It just seems to be getting worse. I have been taking Tylenol but I'd really like to take something stronger. The Tylenol definitely does not take all of the pain away.

ONLY ibuprofen helps with my O pain. Tylenol does nothing at all, and even my high dose opiates for my back hardly touch my O pain. I think it's bc of the type of pain it is, due to swelling/inflammation, but YMMV.
Is the pain sporadic or more constant? Sharp or dull? Both sides evenly or what?
It's constant now. It kind of changed to a strong ache like I got punched in the gut. Before it was sharp and sporadic. It's both sides evenly now but started as one side or the other. I feel super bloated too.

Chart today, I really think I ovulated cd 16 and not yesterday, cm was creamy as it is today, opk neg, so confused as of why my post o temps were high this cycle that is what is confusing me
