Honestly girls I had a big fat tempur pillow under my hips by my back.. Then the same but led on my front.. Then led on my side with the opposite leg in the air.. Then the other side with leg up.. Then repeated all this without the pillow lying dead flat. Was there for a good 45 mins! On my back I did some bicycle movements too [emoji23] as much as im ashamed to admit it!! Lolol

I propped my hips a bit and laid on my tummy as well for a good half hour at least. It's all in the hips! :giggle:
