Hi KD. I read that an enlarged uterus can be caused by fibroids or adenomyosis (common after C-sections). As usual on the internet, some things say it can cause problems with conception and increase the risk of m/c and others say you can still get pg and carry a baby to full term. I would have thought the doctor who prescribed you clomid would have discussed the uterus with you if they thought it was a problem? Can you call them and ask a few questions? Can they suggest any treatment for it? Would a physio recommend any exercises to help? Even if you don't have a problem getting pg, it doesn't sound like a fun thing to live with, so surely there are ways to manage it?
I hope you get some answers soon. Take care. Hugs x
Dannikins, your belly is gorgeous! Congrats on hitting the half way mark.
:running:So, I got a smiley face tonight! I am not O'ing yet I can tell, just a little crampy so maybe tomorrow or the next day. I am wondering though, my dh hasn't released yet since last night, and wasn't going to do it until he got off work tonight at 11pm. Should he do it once and then we bd or should we just go ahead and bd? Remember I'm on clomid. We will also do it tomorrow in the am and I guess at night? Thanks:running: :fingers::pinksperm:
Mochagirl, I see a clear line at 2000. Glad you are feeling better about your pg. I know you mentioned the nausea easing off, but don't forget every pregnancy is different. I didn't have any m/s with either of mine, but they still came out fine.
Katie, my cycles vary. Sometimes I O the day after a +OPK and sometimes the same day as the +. I mostly rely on BBT to know which day I did actually O on.
Amari, how exciting! Your DH seems to have been doing really well at the F/R, so I would be inclined to BD tonight without an extra release first. But I am also basing that on the fact I doubt my DH would manage to get it up after releasing that much! If yours can, then it is not likely to hurt. You already have the clomid on your side, so I tend to think you are ready to go. GL!!
i havent been to bad actually, as far as being uncomfortable goes the sciatica is the only complaint i have, but its been worse than i have ever had it before.
some days i can barely walk, especially if i have done anything, like gardening etc.
i have to avoid anything that involves me bending, because it makes it flare up.
Thanks ladies for all the info, advice and concern for me. I have looked up the enlarged uterus and I am just scared I guess. My doc saw this on my last exam and did do an ultrasound, but it was okay. I have had 4 c-sections (big babies) so more than likely this is the cause. I guess my doc wants me to try the clomid and see if that works before going further. I really did not think anything of it at the time, but as I keep thinking about it, maybe this is my problem.
Love the bellybump Dannikans!! Sorry if you have already told us, but did you have a scan to tell the sex or are you waiting till the birth?
