have a question about the Custom Sway Plans? Ask here!!!

Sorry if this has already been asked (I'm on my phone). I'm interested in purchasing a plan. Dh has given the go ahead to TTC this year. I'm yet to have my Mirena removed. Do I order now or after the Mirena has been removed? Thank you :)

I would get one before your Mirena is taken out because we can try for the first egg after having it out - that may help sway pink.

Sorry about that, coffee had not yet kicked in! :p I would still probably buy a plan before having the Mirena removed so you can possibly have started diet and having hubby doing regular release prior (or, you can just start HE Diet and have hubby release every 2-4 days about 6 weeks before you plan to start TTC!) :)

Cool, thanks. I already tried starting the HE diet. Not so easy when I tend to get carried away and forget to eat :( Trying to do the right thing when I do eat though. Not sure how I'll convince dh to release every 2-4 days 6 weeks prior. Hubby and I are tired enough, lol. Still trying to figure out where we will get the energy to conceive, lol.

The sway plan does come with the 6 months of coaching so I can help you with your diet on a daily basis if you need me to. On the HE Diet, you have to eat smarter, not harder, so if you find it difficult to eat all day long, that's ok, we just need to focus more on foods that "stick to your ribs" for longer and be sure you are getting protein + carbs at every meal and snack.

RE the release, it's ok if you fall a little short, if it ends up being more like every 5 days that's ok, we are just trying to avoid super long periods of abstain and also avoid having intercourse every day in a row for a long time. The only time you should DTD every day in a row is when your fertile window is open and even then it won't be more than 3 consecutive days.
