4dpo and just had a bout of runs again for the second morning in a row now.
Still confusing. It was bright red again this morning and what I'd consider a 'light' flow if it was af, then it tapered off mid-day only to come back in the afternoon. I don't know if this is af or spotting. My temp went up this morning, which is confusing things even more....Quote:

Hey Mocha, sounds to me like your body is still recovering from your m/c but it doesn't mean you didn't ovulate. Hang in there as time will tell.

Thought I would add...for some reason around o I often get weird bm movements.,,,sometimes loose and sometimes constipated. Do you think it means anything?
