Hi there, I'm planning to try and sway for a girl in about 9 weeks time. I read on a few forums that the diet part is the main factor and doesn't work too well unless you do it for minimum 12 weeks before starting. Is it still worth me buying a personalised plan? What is the main benefit of the personalised plan vs Immediate download plan?

Oh yes absolutely! We have good results with anything longer than 6 weeks on diet and there is a TON of stuff in the plan that has nothing to do with diet anyway. 12+ is the best, but less is still good.
The immediate download plans are good too and you'd have it the same day. But you can start diet now anyway if you want to wait for the custom plan, plus if you get the bundle with the 21 day diet you can have that the day you buy it (it's instant download)
Either way I'm here to help you do the diet to the best of my ability. :)

I had a plan with you in 2017 and would like to know if I can renew that with you when we try for dc4? I won't be doing standard Le this time after my little opposite ds3 so I'd be wanting to try the pcos version.
Obviously I'm in no rush ds3 is only 7 weeks but wanting to know my options for when my ppaf returns.

Yes you can either renew the plan with the coaching for a small fee or else we can email you the plan if you'd like, although that long ago it may take a little digging. :)

Hi andrea! Just follow this link https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php and you'd want a Custom plan. Some of the options are for just the plan, others have more bells and whistles attached - but the main thing is the Custom plan. That's the one I'll make for you personally and it comes with the coaching forum!
