These strong smells are getting to me ugh! My poor DS2 had a tummy ache today needing about 4 pull-up changes in a row...it leaked through his shorts onto my shirt when carrying him...ugh the smell wouldn't go away! We were on a little day trip to the beach and serpentarium, so luckily had a shirt to change into, but still smelled it the whole way home blehh!! We went to this coolest place with alligators, turtles & snakes....boys loved it...but have to say...I have this reoccurring nightmare often when I'm pregnant....snakes are chasing me...so hope I'm not going to trigger this nightmare. Couldn't believe that they had open exhibits where there were at least 100 snakes on logs, trees, water etc...tall enough wall where they couldn't get out, but not behind glass ewww lol

I am missing coffee soooo much!!! Luckily my moconna brand decaf and cafe decaf is not too bad but I never imagined I would miss it this much 😮 I feel like I could sit in a coffee house/cafe just to breathe in the smell all day 😂 I went to decaf off my own bat and plan to for the rest of the 1st trimester but I'm going to ask my ob if she thinks its ok to reintroduce in the 2nd tri.....can't believe I never had to worry about this when pregnant with the boys! I think I likely drank more than the recommended amount 😕
Anyway thought I'd share that riveting titbit with you all 😂😂

Pbn. Love the way you describe your feelings about coffee. This is called pregnancy when some things comes on our nerves. You know I never liked vegetable named momordica charantia but with this pregnancy a week before I was getting emotional that today I just wanna eat that. My husband was laughing on me but I cooked and ate then got satisfied. That was amazing feeling of taste when I was eating like it's most tasty dish I ever ate ;)

Pbn - I gave up coffee for my boy sway (even though plenty of people drink it and get boys) but I do have a cup on the weekends for a special treat. The good news is you are close to being out of the first trimester!!

Kat I NEVER have drank coffee so maybe that'll help you. With my girl sway it kept me from getting so hungry and I honestly drank about 6 cups a day [emoji15] < and that's how I looked 99% of the time [emoji23][emoji23]

Kat & Ash-I have never liked coffee-love the coffee shop smell though. So giving up coffee may be a helpful boy sway tactic?? ...BUT sounds like pbn loves coffee & has 2 boys...so who knows??
Kat-You're def not going crazy unless we both are lol, but I am having that bb tingly/milk letdown feeling too. I took a testing day off from frer's but have 2 left...so used one this AM 🤣 I need to see the test line get darker than the control haha...looks like it's getting there! I will prob take several days off and then use the last frer. I also have 1 cb digi with weeks estimator & I'll prob use it at 5 weeks so it will hopefully say 3+ on it. I have officially gone POAS crazy this time lol!

Thinking I need to go visit the chiro tomorrow (still sore) cleaning cleaning cleaning!! And sewing sewing sewing!! But I do see the light at the end of the tunnel on my blankets woo woo!! So I have plenty to keep my mind off the visit but I'm getting nervous! I'm sick but there's always that what if! What if there's no baby! What if there's no heartbeat! Ash-I had placenta previa last time, so there's a good chance I could have it again. I have the same concerns know the what-ifs all too well! Try not to let the what-ifs keep you up at night. It's great that you have a plan to stay busy! Thinking positive-you're going to have your healthy little bean in there [emoji173]

Ash - we can't wait to hear!! And I understand the fears, but hope it's all good news!! That ms should give you some comfort [emoji23]

Ash -very cute!! And I think the coffee sways pink bc it curbs your appetite. I use to drink it from 8-1ish some days and have no appetite [emoji848]

Pbn - nausea is very very mild and only at certain points of the day!! I'll be soooooo happy if it stays this way, but also concerned something's wrong 🤣 However, I'm only 4 weeks 4 days so definitely could get worse. I really wonder if it was so bad with my last pregnancy bc I did progesterone suppositories - that's what I'm hoping. My body is super sensitive to hormones, birth control makes me nauseous. I'll let y'all know if it gets bad, don't worry [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

My wondfos are getting darker but I wouldn't say they are blazing red by any means. Trying not to read too much into it. Time will tell!! Trying to hold and test again tonight bc I'm crazy like that [emoji12]

Kat why did you have to take progesterone? Do you have to take it this time? I had to take shots in to butt alternating sides every week from week 16-36 [emoji37] to decrease my chance of early labor. painful! And I know they're going to try to push it this time also but I just don't know if i want to go for it or not. It'll depend a lot on if it's a girl or boy

Hi everyone. Couldn't read the updates because we have a crazy schedule these days. Classes and more classes. Some days I don't even feel pregnant and some are just bleh. Today is one of those days. Ate breakfast and started feeling like crap. The worse thing is tingling feet. I was so scared to even drive. I did a lot walking and stomping before sitting
In the car. Need to talk to OB about it at the appointment. I don't have ms but I feel nauseous. Didn't feel
Like this with dd. I have put in weight around my stomach area already. Was Hardly showing with dd until 7-8 months because I m already broad and heavy. dh also noticed that yesterday. I also feel uncomfortable for a minute sometimes longer after peeing. I wanted to mention all this and see if anyone else feels the same.
Sorry about the rant. I need to start losing weight or else this pregnancy isn't going to be easy. I have realized it. [emoji52][emoji52]
I promise to come bk after catching up. Off to cooking and then another class. I didn't know I would get pregnant before signing dd up. [emoji51][emoji51]

Ash - I was on it for piece of mind probably. I had had a chemical the cycle before so they checked P when I got pregnant again and just say normal level (totally making up numbers) is 8-15, I was at an 8 and my OB said it wasn't necessary but she'd prescribe it and like an idiot I took them until whatever week the placenta takes over. They are a pain and messy and I've read Atomic say they don't even help. But, I had a healthy (yet miserable bc so sick) pregnancy. I just always wondered if it was the P bc I got very nauseous the day or two after I started them which was right at 4.5 weeks.
So will you take shots if a boy but not a girl? I'm confused!

Sky - I don't have those. Just slightly nauseous here and tingly boobs!

Kat I will take them if it's a bit more than likely but not a girl. They say girls handle early birth way better than boys and I heard this from my ob office and nearly all the nurses in the ob ward. Since I have late early labor I think it'd be ok

Kat-those lines are beautiful!!! Do you have a lot of wondfo's left? I googled and it looks like the test line on the wondfos doesn't really get darker/equal to control until a little later 18-20dpo ish. I imagine I'll test until I run out lol. It's def a problem ��
Sky & Kat-my symptoms are sounding very similar to Kat's with tingly bb's and a little nauseous at times, but nothing major....also smells, fatigue & frequent urination. FX that MS doesn't hit us hard this time...typically starts at 6 weeks for me.

Lola - I googled too - there are so many crazy people like me out there that are testing everyday [emoji85] I have @ 5 left so yes, I will use them all.

Another symptom- I wanna eat everything in site [emoji850]

Pbn-- don't get too jealous of my body. This fifth baby body is already pooching out more than I'd like for 12 weeks. I usually have at least another month until thing start getting tough to hide, but... yikes. I just look chubby and not pregnant though. I still haven't made a big announcement yet other than to our immediate families.

So we might as well have a little fun [emoji854] Since I have been on the LE diet for so long & always skipped breakfast...it was exciting to eat something in the morning again...and realize I'm not on a diet anymore.
