Pbn - Oh I'm ok, thanks! I'm pretty nervous still as I have very few symptoms (will be 6 weeks on Tuesday). Sore nipples, acne, a little extra tired, but no morning sickness or nausea. With DS2, by 5 weeks I was really SICK!!! So we'll see - I just worry constantly that something is wrong. My first appt is a week from Tuesday so I'm really wanting this week to go fast!!

Thank you pbn! I tried to temp to make sure I ovulated. But now I'm confused. I haven't been temping the first half of this cycle, but I was temping religiously when I was ttc DS1 and I checked my temps every once in a while since then so I know quite well what are pre o temperatures and post o temperatures. Yesterday was definitely pre o. Today I woke up at 5 am, took my temp and it was somewhere between pre and post o. I fell asleep again and at 7 am, which is my normal time for temping, it was sky high. Is it possible that the temperature rose just within those two hours? Or did being awake for 10 min (didn't get up) at 5 am change my temp at 7 am that much?Quote:

Verena if you didn't move around or get up and you usually temp around 7am then I would assume its correct (the 0.4 higher temp that is) There's every chance you oed yesterday I would assume its correct. Two hours can make a big difference temp wise and a difference of half a degree is certainly possible. Given your 7am temp and your pos opk cd12 I'd think it pretty safe to say you are 1dpo. Maybe try and get the next two days temps for verification?

Thank you for your support pbn! I really hope I ovulated yesterday. It's not easy to get well timed attempts as hubby is still not actively trying (but not preventing also). How frustrating is the 2WW! It honestly feels like a lifetime waiting to take a test!
I am currently 8dpo and have had next to no symptoms - would I have felt something by now if I was going to get a positive test in the next few days? I am over thinking about the fact that I have had a lack of symptoms.
I have had a little bit of cramping yesterday and today, but all of this waiting and symptom guessing really messes with your mind!
I hope the next 3-4 days goes quickly and I can talk myself out of doing a million tests too early between now and then.

I didn't see a large rise but my temps are still going up. I'm gassy today for some odd reason... maybe for post O lol. Anyways, would you count today as 1dpo? Hmmm star I wouldn't call you 1dpo just yet... your temps simply don't say either way yet. Are you doing pineapple (core) for bromelain? It wont matter if you don't start it till even 3dpo. I'd maybe wait for tomorrows temp and start then if you're sure you've oed. Has your cm turned non fertile?

You may just have a slow rise so hang in there! It's a good sign if cm has turned sticky and cervix feels closed. Is it high and hard or still soft? If I don't respond it means bub has finished feeding and we've gone back to sleep [emoji12] I'll check in tomorrow morning though xo

My husband gets weird about OPKs and timing, so I have been trying not to be obvious about it. I asked him to use a little lubricant during our attempt but he accidentally squeezed out a lot from the bottle. I'm worried that it was too much and next time we'll have to figure out how to make it just a little bit. Husband can be so complicated!Quote:

I think I'm out this month. I have to say I'm pretty sad as I was feeling really positive after all the heartbreak last month. I've started spotting and feel very crampy, usual Af symptoms. I definitely don't feel like I did when I got my bfp last month. I think I'll need a break for a couple of months now, but then I worry that I'll miss a good egg [emoji51] Really looking forward to a glass of wine so hope af decides one way or the other quickly!!!

Gafan what kind of lubricant are you using? Most regular lubes are not good when ttc, it destroys/inhibits sperm so you need to be using a sperm safe/friendly lube. People do fall pregnant using regular lube so its not 100% bad but you've a much better chance of conceiving using something designed to protect those swimmers. Use a sperm safe lube sparingly if swaying girl or however much you like if swaying boy [emoji4]Quote:

Noemi have you had any testing done? I'm only asking because from memory you're close to 40? I was tested and found to have low ovarian reserve which is how I ended up being prescribed clomid at the time even though I was still ovulating. I had lh and amh tested on cd3 and progesterone on cd21 (I had done on cd21 because I ovulated on cd14, you need to get bw done 6-8 days after o day)
