Hopefully it's implantation then and not two beans!!! I go back and forth on wanting twins...I know it's gotta be SO hard, but it's twice the cuteness! The thought has crossed my mind that my O pains were SO terribly painful this cycle and they have NEVER been like that before that I wonder if the increased progesterone from my chemical last month could have made me ovulate two eggs??? Anyone know about that probability?

I don't know anything about that, but I wonder if you are right about those O pains. ?

SamB - I assume by coil you mean IUD? Which one did you have, Mirena (hormonal) or ParaGuard (non hormonal)? If you had the ParaGuard it's highly possible that you are o'ing but I would recommend you skip this one and wait till next time. I got preg a few days after my ParaGuard came out (our only oops baby) and miscarried what my midwife thinks was a tubular. She said it's quite common when conceiving so close to it's removal. When I got my next one out I was advised to wait till after my next AF just to be safe.

son4meplz - sorry but I'm crap at pinpointing O, it took me months to think I knew mine and I wasn't sure till my 20 wk u/s confirmed his age.

Yeah I had a BT done when I was in the 2ww and the Dr's office called about my results and said the Dr needed to talk to me. I thought it had picked up early pregnancy but I got there and he told me I didn't ovulate and will need help TTC.
It is a crappy feeling, one you want to avoid if possible. They should just tell you over the phone if it's negative. I was lucky though and did a test when I got home that showed I was in fact pregnant so that made the pain of the Dr visit go away.

Last month with the chemical pregnancy I had I tested in the afternoon on cd10 with a FRER and got neg but got a BFP on cd11 with fmu...there is still hope :fingers:

I have used expired OPKs before (expired by about 3 months) and they worked fine for me.

Like a few of the others have already said, it is hard to pinpoint O day counting back from AF unless you have a consistent LP.

Based on the info you gave your cycle was 27 days long. If you think you O'd on the 19th, that would make it CD13 and therefore make your LP for that cycle 14 days.

That is nice that your cycles come back while nursing.....mine don't at all! And I just keep the weight on until I wean also. It literally melts off within the week of weaning. But eh, so worth it. So, do you guys have ttc again on the schedule?

I am the same way....I only use 1 per cycle, and try to test 12dpo or later. I get 10 in the pack of Wondfo I get along with 40 opks from Amazon, so it's not that big of a bite. Heck, that combo pack is cheaper than a box of 2 FRERS. Sorry though, hun. Keep trying. All you can do.

This is exactly right. Not everyone has a 2 week LP, so it is inaccurate. It's like the whole "just dtd on CD14 and you'll get pg" crap. My LP ranges from 11-14 days also. Best to try to pinpoint your O with opks, temps, and cm. I would not use expired tests myself. They expire for a reason, just like food and meds.

:bighug: I would be happy with just that! I actually have to work for a bit, but then hopefully doing something groovy with the kids and old DH. I am sooooooo being ridiculously optimistic this month, which is maybe a bad thing. I tend to take getting my hopes dashes pretty hard, which is why I usually employ some self-protective crap like telling myself all day that I don't really want any more kids and then downing a bottle of wine after another bfn. LOL

He wants to to a BT because it may be too early to show on a urine test and I need to have xrays done on my bowel (cant have the xrays till we know I am preg or not).

My Dr didn't give me a HPT....I thought that was weird. Just sent me off for a BT.
