October 2013 babies!

12th June!!! Its killing me, especially as I've got a scan package with a private provider with scans scheduled at 26 and 32 weeks (I had complications with my last pregnancy/labour so wanting to keep a closer eye on this baby). I keep debating ringing them and adding another but really can't afford to so forcing myself to be patient (which I'm not very good at!) Think I must be the last of this group of ladies? My due date is 29th so not surprising. I'm loving hearing everyone elses' news but driving myself nuts guessing!!!

So I had my sono early this morning and decided to find out there. I am super tired because I cried for an hour straight because its a girl! (happy tears) I am still in shock! But she didnt give me a pic of the lady bits and when I asked her if I could go buy pink stuff she said yeah but save the receipts. She said she saw no signs of male genitalia and shes confident its a girl. DO you think they can get it wrong at 18 weeks?? Im very hesitate and want another scan! Im scared she may be wrong

Thats what I want to do. I can get one when Im 25 weeks at that tech school so I pllan on doing that before any big decisions. Im still convinced its a boy. I was happy and excited this morning but now Im in denial. I dont llike how she said that and I even asked for a pic of the girls parts and she onlly gave me crap face shots. SO wellll see!

Yay!!!! I knew it was a girl! !!!!!!

from my experience its harder to sex girls for definite - techs seemed to have no probs with its a boy 100% at 20 weeks with any of mine and i never doubted it, this one i have now had three i think its a girl scans (20, 21 and 34 weeks) by three different techs but still no-one will say 100% but she has no sign of boy bits and a genetics test said girl so i'm pretty sure she is one.

I know it seems hard after 3 boys and i still don't believe it but do try to enjoy it, go buy pink

My neighbour had a little girl this morning after 2 boys!!! I cried so hard when I looked at her Facebook page... Everyone is saying congrats you now have a wee friend for life and a shopping companion, things I wish for!!!
I was OK until I heard this, my DH is mad with me, he said we should be grateful everything is OK. I am grateful I just wish it was a girl :( I feel bad for thinking this....
Shit I am dreading meeting her now....
And i am starting to show, I won't be able to hide it much longer!!! so I will have to listen to all the comments now....

Peb that must be really hard. My MIL has 2 boys and a girl and she was saying to me recently how she thought she would have that sort of relationship with her daughter but they aren't close at all, purely down to SILs personality. DH is way more likely to do stuff with MIL than SIL. There are no guarantees, those things people say are just stereotypes.

Peb it must be so hard. I think you DH needs to cut you a little slack. You know that the most important thing is that his healthy, but you also had a dream of a little girl that you have to let go of and accept that something you wanted in life isn't going to happen for you, when it seems to happen, some times so easily, for others.
