Can you post a question about it in the Trying to Conceive a Girl forum?

Lauren you can post a message to Atomic in the regular forums or private message her and she will respond. I would totally be switching to every 4 days as with every 10 days you could easily miss your chance each month, especially if you don't O immediately after your first +opk. I don't O till 3 days after my first +opk so would totally miss my chance. Also, a long asbstain can decrease sperm health. The girl results are excellent with the every 4 days method.
Congrats again foxcub, I love seeing those 2 lines.

I so wish it was time to go to bed, so I can wake up and test, lol! :running:
I am excited to see these BFP so soon in the month and praying you all get more BFPs.
So I understand the reasoning that I may be still cramping, though it is 3dpo and im still cramping and its affecting my back. I also nauseous really badly. I don't know what to think because again im 3dpo and i always am nauseous and crampy before AF but that is only a few days before. Could I still be in it this cycle or call it? I haven't had a real good cycle like this since 2012 before I got the nexplanon, and this is cycle #4 off of it. With my previous pregnancies I knew I started morning sickness literally the day of conception. I don't want to get my hopes up because then I'd be devastated but at the same time is it possible to be having symptoms this early.
Pregnancy symptoms aren't possible before implantation and 3 dpo is too early for that. The nausea is probably from the increase in progesterone we get after ovulation. I hope you get a BFP soon. :)
