There seems to be quite a few stories of inaccuracy with that one. I'm so sorry you have to experience this uncertainty.

Momoffour i am very savy too and DH even more so ... have u tried the parents choice line of diapers. They r walmart specific line. I have used them for my last 2 and last time by my calculation they were a tad cheaper than luvs.
But i will give this amazon deal a try

Haha dreaming-well guess it's really just an old wives tale then!! Wishful thinking on my part!! The Chinese calendar has always been wrong for me.
Ash-here's hoping the ring test is right for us, even if it is just a coincidence! [emoji175][emoji12]
Kat-lol! Being preggo messes up my intestines too haha, but I have the opposite issue-isn't that weird? Have you ever heard of FiberCon-you can get it over the counter at CVS or I'm sure many other pharmacy's. I went to a gastro when I was having issues when pregnant with DS2 & that's what she recommended along with fiber rich foods. It's not harsh like laxatives and even though I wasn't constipated, it helped me! It's bulk forming... just an idea worth checking out.

I second lola on fibercon. Although i have used colace otc with my iron pills as well without much problem.

The ring test was right for 2 of my kids. I haven't tried it yet for this one because it's been 50/50. I did try the baking soda test this time and said girl. Guess time will tell! Found this fun site too. Said girl as well for both ultrasounds (7 weeks and 11 weeks)

I am thinking of not going for my 12 week visit. They r not going to do much so why make the effort. I will just go for my 16th week visit.

Ash and Lolabelle - I have 3 boys and was swaying for a girl this time around. I have noticed there are many variations of this test with some similarities and many differences. The one I did a zillion and one times has been accurate for me. The one I did I watched a million videos of before doing it, because I found it very hard to believe, and I was very skeptical over it..
This is the one I did......Hair And Ring Baby Test
Supposedly, the test would tell them how many kids they'd have, what genders they would be, and the order they would have them in. For the test, they took a strand of their own hair and tied one of rings you wear to it. Then, outlined each one of their fingers on their left hand( Left to right, and right to left). and then held it directly above the top of their hand. If the ring moved around in a circular motion, that meant they were having a boy. It if moved in a back and forth motion, that meant they would have a girl. You would repeat the same routine until the ring completely stopped moving. When it stopped moving, that meant you were done with having kids.
CountryMommy - Thanks for the link :)
We usually use parents choice and sometimes the hyvee brand when they have a good deal plus a great cents off per gallon deal with them to. I try to be savy when we have 5 kids with our 6th on the way. I know my husband sure appreciates it. Anyway if you can fiind internet coupons for luvs diapers you can combine those to with the subscribe and save deal to and save on each size. I did this with baby food and puffs and other foods and things with my last baby it saved alot of money. In the store those pouches of baby food are like $1 or more for the organic kind but on Amazon I could get Earths best abd some other jarred baby food brands for as little as 50 cents each or sometimes less with the deals they have.and if you buy formula in bulk on amazon and use coupons that is a lot cheaper than the store as well.
I'm loving the deals on Amazon! Yesterday on Prime day, I got a Boppy (Nursing pillow), a Lillebaby baby carrier (I ❤️baby wearing!), and pacifiers (my kids use them as teethers [emoji23]) for excellent prices!!

Naci - I will have to try that one and see what it says. This is pregnancy #9 for me - so it should take a while :)
Amazon is a great place to shop most of the time. It's very rare that I find anyone else beat their prices. I got some good deals yesterday as well. They are always cheaper than walmart on nintendo 3ds gasmes which my kids think they have to have as new one every week. They wanted the steam game at walmart it was $40. I checked amazon $8.94! Way cheaper!!
Gahhhh xx I need another nb boppy lounger I sold mine last baby [emoji30].

Which is the best baby carrier for someone who never used one before and also make big babies? Ladies pls help.
I saw a friend who uses a sturdy cloth kind of carrier nothing fancy. That looked good but I have no
Idea. Can u pls give me some names to google and read. I only know ergo is really good. Is it?

I have an ergo original I'm selling this time so I can get an ergo 360 the 360 has a wife strap which is nice from r bigger hipped ppl like myself so it doesn't cut of circulation! It's super easy to use and carries nice. I also have a moby I love.

Shannshaff - You should totally try it and tell me what you get :)
Ya I just saw ergo 360 on amazon. I m not skinny myself and my dd was a big girl and I m sure the second one will be big too. Would money be good for big mommy and big baby?

Moby is lovely also it's just a huge piece of cloth you can wrap different ways. It's much cheaper than the ergo I found one on eBay for $15

Ash- Boppy was $24.
I dislike the ergo 360. The lillebaby is SO much more comfortable! I had an ergo original that I wore out and liked. My neighbor has tons of carriers I got to try out- Tula, boba, beco, kanga, lillebaby, ergo, Mai Tais, and slings.
Lillebaby by far was the most comfortable and required no insert for 7-15lbs. It can be worn 4 different ways! You can adjust the height of the seat base, which is really cool! You can wear the shoulder straps like a back pack or criss-crossed and it has lumbar support! Bonus- it doesn't cause unsightly back fat! Baby wearers, you know what I mean [emoji6][emoji12]!

I've had an energy boost lately and have been making more of my skincare products! I have been making some new additions! I love my new body oil I've made! I made a nipple butter, body lotion, and 3 face serums/light lotions with cosmetic actives (pregnancy safe of course [emoji6])! I want to make a whipped body butter and a diaper balm with zinc oxide! I hope to have these few formulations down before the baby comes. I want to start an online shop and have a stand at my local farmers market in a year or two. I'm waiting for my DH to complete his doctorate first. I already sell to family, friends, and colleagues!

Xx that's why I thought I'd like the 360 the unsightly back fat the original causes is horrible lol. I did see a lady with a lilebaby at the zoo and I wrote it down. There is a store a couple hours away that lets you try on I'm going to just have to go check them out!
I downloaded the zulilly app today [emoji53] bad idea when there's a possibility of girl and I already have a shopping issue [emoji23] AND I found a baby story on TLC on demand!

The 360 is a tad better than the original ergo, but not by much. Instead of causing love handles, it causes a muffin top until you tone up! Not cute!! Both the Lillebaby, the beco Gemini, and beco 8 were much better at not causing it!

Oh, and I preferred the Lillebaby Complete All seasons to the airflow or embossed. I felt that the fabric was softer for little ones. If you live in a warm climate, the Air flow would be my top pick.

My diaper balm would be good without the zinc oxide. I would include a skin safe oil solubilizer that wouldn't cause it to adhere to the fabric and rinse clean when washed. It's called Cromollient SCE and imparts nice emollience. I don't like to use any polysorbates. I use Cromollient SCE in my facial cleansing oils and body polish! No slipping in the tub!!

Plus, Candellila Wax is less occlusive making it a better option for cloth diapers. It's also vegan!

I have a mai tia wrap and one like the moby that I made myself. It is just a long piece of fabric that wraps many different ways. I am cheap and don't pay much for mine. :) I baby wear all the time in the beginning because I need my hands with the 2yo. And it seems like I always have a 2yo and a newborn. :) All my boys like to run at the most inopportune times.
XX - that lillibaby looks good! Do you feel it's easier to get on/off than the ergo? That was my problem with the ergo, pain to get on/off.

I haven't received it yet- it should be here on Thursday. It seems like it should be fine, although I never had problems with the ergo wrap.

So I have to just say something here. I know why I have boys. I was reading some of the blue sway stuff and realized I eat so boy friendly. So I have to ask, those that swayed blue, do you really only eat one cookie at a sitting? Or 4 crackers? Or 4 dried apricots? as a snack?
The only time I eat one cookie is because I shove it in my mouth while cooking dinner or doing something else and I am trying to hide it from the kids. :D Seriously. I will eat half a box of crackers without even realizing it while watching TV. And my usual is eating all day long. I will snack on stuff while looking for my snack. :D
So the all boys thing for me is totally the way I eat. Oh and our BD pattern of all the time. :)
So crazy to me. Just had to share somewhere that people would understand.
I understand all to well Shan! I seriously feel like I was going to die on the LE diet. [emoji23] (or maybe I'm just being a baby) I know it's bad to get Bfp before having 12 weeks under your belt but I honestly would not have survived long and stick with the diet if I didn't get my Bfp as fast as I did

I'm going to have to check out some of these deals all of you are talking about!!
Nacire-that's an interesting one to try, have not tried that way. I did use a strand of my hair & just had DH hold it over my belly.
Ash-I have the zulily app too...does not help the shopping issues haha. I've watched a bunch of those shows too, love anything baby! I've been wanting to watch the show sky mentioned, but I'd have to watch it on my phone on YouTube & then I can't check in with all of you lol. Wish I could get it on demand! There's another show I plan to watch that already has 1 season & season 2 is starting this week I think? It's called "Rattled" and follows several couples dealing with new parenthood! I just watched Marley & Me tonight & it's been awhile since I've watched it...so didn't remember all the details. Never realized the family has 2 boys first, then a girl!! [emoji170][emoji170][emoji175]Can def relate to some of the funny scenes in the movie like praying that the dog doesn't bark at a random noise & wake the kids up! Lol. However, do NOT recommend watching it while preggo-gahhh-tear jerker!!!
Kat-I def feel like my belly looks bloated...looks like I've been enjoying some pasta! Don't remember it looking like this so early on, BUT it is baby 3!
