I started taking the Vitex yesterday. I am going to do opks just to see if I ovulate on my own but I don't think I am going to try b/c of all the food I ate b/c I was losing too much weight. I am going to start to do 60min cardio a day, though AS advised against it (sorry AS). I just think it will help with my stress, and I know that is important not only for sway but my own personal sanity. So if I do O and it just feels right then I will go for it, but most likely I will wait it out until next month. I will be surprised if I even O on my own! Now I just need to keep all this straight! Have you started your clomid yet?

I also had a psychic reading done the other day and she predicted a BFP either in Feb or April resulting in a girl. Do I really believe that stuff? Not really but it was still fun. I could use well wishes and prayers as I will be 41 in a couple of months and the risks to this pg are pretty big. Like I said, still not confident bean will stick but hoping and praying can't hurt!!

:wave: Morning ladies, just a quick check in as i have not been on for 3 days and i have missed so much. Havent got time to catch up this morning so hoping i can do that later.

Its CD6 for me today and i need to check what DH shifts will be around ov to decide what kind of timing to do and also what method natural or splime.

Congrats to those who have BFP's and good luck to those making their attempts soon, i will hopefully be back on later to catch up.

HI Amari Ive just finished my first round of clomid how were your symptoms regarding ewcm did you have any around o time and what cd did you o on last time?
Also i read in Atomic posts that clomid stays in your system for 6 months after and even if you stop it will still take affect so you could still technically try this month even if your off?

Hey, sweetsister! How much and what days did you take? I didn't have any symptoms on it except the first month very strong o pains. Second month was way too confusing for me too comment! Not even sure when I o'd. The first month I o'd on cd 21. Do you have kids? I'm not a big cm person to begin with, so can't say I noticed any difference...GL!!!

I am on Clomid this month, and I had more CM than normal. Way more slippery. I even used Benedryl just in case this month. My emotions were terrible though. I hope you don't have many side effects on Clomid. I am so praying this is the one and only cycle of it for me.

Glad you made a decision on the vitex. Either way its just better to be settled about a decision so then you can relax! Why did AS say not to do 60 min cardio a day? I have read her posts saying that its the strongest sway. I decided against it because I could not commit to 6 days a week, I could to 4-5 days but that's not enough. Then I got sick and it was out of the question anyway! That was easy! Is her thinking that you don't have any weight to lose, and you will be taking it off too quick? If it helps with your stress thats a good thing and then you can up your calories (helps my stress) LOL and still stay within the limits!
So I am waiting for AF. FF says it should be here by Tuesday. My clomid will begin CD3-7. I have doc appointment Feb 21st which needs to be CD 10-14. If it ends up off I just need to shift apointment. I think AF is going to come earlier though (I hope) more like this Saturday bc I am already 11 dpo (i think its 12) FF put it there cause I temped at a earlier time that day and it didn't count it. And my average lp is 14 days, so I'm hoping its here sooner... come on AF I'm so ready for this to happen. I've been really waiting since July when I had my loss.

hi all first off WAY TO GO SIS40 thats ace, congrats, congrats, congrats !!!!!!

im on CD2 and took first tablet of clomid today, hope i ovulate in the new moon !!!

wow KD i cant believe you had more cm with clomid, ive always took something to give me more cm with clomid before (flaxseed) but i def wont be doing it this time lol, so i have no idea what my cm will be like,

hey amari GL with the vitex hun, i hope you try if you O this month as youl have benefits from the clomid and vitex in your system, gotta be pink !

Thanks everyone. I'm super stressed this morning. Last night the BFP was so strong and this morning it's much less so. I also started to spot a bit of brown. It's like deja vu from last month. It's so hard getting the BFP and all the symptoms only to lose it. I'd rather have a BFN, it actually hurts less. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't another chemical but not feeling very confident at this moment. I'll keep you posted. I have a Dr's appt (scheduled before) on Monday so I'm sure she'll check all my levels.

omg sis40 i can understand why your stressing, did you use the same kind of test, they all react sooooooooo differently and the same kinds can throw you off too, i know loads of people who spotted when pregnant its quite common, try not to worry just take it easy, can you not see a doc before monday ?

I did use the same tests. This morning I went out and bought FRER, the line is there but faint. I only usually spot when I 'm losing a pregnancy. I also feel very odd. I have all the early pg symptoms but I'm also super shaky. I can't even explain it. I just don't feel well.

are you still on the diet and taking supps, are you quite skinny ? these can all make you feel terrible with being pregnant, ive fainted loads of times being pregnant as in quite skinny myself,

I'm not eating much. Only still on baby aspirin and folic acid. Weight is 107 and I'm 5'7". My temp is still up, I've been 99.0 or above for over 10 days. Today 99.5. Not spotting right now but still a bit crampy which can go either way.

I thought long and hard today... last night I was ready to just try this month whenever AF shows up, but tonight I think I have made the hard decision that it would be better to wait until April/May. Something feels less 'pressured' about that period, less stressful. An October baby would have been IDEAL... but it doesn't appear to have happened. At this rate it would be late November if on time or early December, and I think that would just be too stressful. I wanted to try to avoid December-January months... not because I don't want to get pregnant so, so, SO SO SO SO SOOOOO BAAAAD... but my son's birthday is in January, my husband's, there's Christmas, if there was another baby birthday in there, it'd be too intense!

Now I just have to figure out what is going on with my cycle. The word "ectopic" is now in my head so I'm giving myself until Monday for AF to show up, and if not I'll call the doctor. I've given myself next week... if AF shows up next week at ALL, even after calling the doctor, I'll go ahead and try this month, if not, then I won't. I am STILL having cramping, twinging, etcetera. Something is weird for sure. :(

I took 50 2x a day one morn and one night so 100 starting cd3-7 ive had quite a few differences bad headaches moody i feel its definately taking affect ,i have 2 beautiful boys already:) So now im on cd9 and we did our first try today ,im determined to make it happen this round :)

Hi Kdaizy I also had way more cm i had ewcm while on clomid a few days ago??and normally since on the diet ive had almost none ,which is why i havent conceived yet for sure,ive also had terrible moods and headaches,and now slippery im also hoping this is my one and only month on clomid , i think im going to try every day,did you ovulate on schedule with clomid,i see you are 1 dpo on your ticker?I definately feel its doing something the clomid,like gearing up to ovulate:)

Prior to Clomid I Oed later in my cycle, but not sure exactly when I Oed this month. My ticker is not completely correct. I will update it once FF gives me cross-hairs. My temp actually went down today, so I am not sure when I Oed or if maybe I am Oing now LOL!!! Either way we are DTD straight through cause I am fed up with swaying and do not want to take Clomid many more cycles. I normally have little to no CM at all, so this slippery stuff has me completely terrified! I had major EWCM with all my boys, so more than likely this will be another handsome boy!!!

I also had major ewcm with my boys,this is just slippery though so i figure without it you cant get pregnant at all,so its a good thing:) my temp dropped this morning too but i doubt its my o so soon,you should do multiple attempts then if you are so determined ,i am for sure doing 2x a day when my o test is positive :) i am so very entirely over swaying!!!
Good luck and you have such a good chance of a girl even with ewcm dont worry:luck:

Yeah, I believe you are right. This is just slippery, not even enough to be stretchy, so I can't really call it EWCM is more SWCM LOL! My DH could not hand twice a day. He about gave up on me with the 6 days in a row so far and I am going to try and get one last DTD today for a full week of it, and then we can relax. My temp shot up today so I think I have Oed for sure, just got to wait for FF to show it. I wish you many blessings that you get a BFP was well. Not sure I believe in luck LOL!!!

Suregena~ glad to hear you made a decision you are comfortable with. I don't think you need to worry about ectopic. I'm pretty sure you'd have a fever and some other symptoms. But I would go to doc if AF doesn't show soon.

Kraisy~ COngrats on the attempt! Hoping a BFP is coming your way. What was your dosage of clomid?

LMN & Sweetsister~ Hoping AF is here within a day or 2 so I can start my clomid too!! Interesting to hear about the slippery CM usually they say its the opposite. I'll let you know if that happens to me. After how many days on it did you notice it? What dosage are you taking LMN? Sweetsister your is 100 right. Mines 50 then I'm getting an injection to def trigger O.

hi H&D im on CD 3 today 2nd day of tablets and there 50mg just like you, i hope i dont get loads of ewcm as it will prob freak me out lol, il have my citirizine on hand just incase !

Hi girls,
Ok if I join you? I'm also on my first round of clomid. I took 100 days 2-6 and got pos opk yesterday (day 14), pretty sure I'm ovulating today as have crazy pains in my lower left abdomen. I too have had more cm than previous months on the girl diet, it is definately more watery but a little stretchy too, it does make me nervous but I soooo want to be pregnant now. We also did very boy timing, every other day until yesterday and now we'll do it every day, probably a boy but there is a little hope!!!

hi boompink :wave: this is technically my 4th round on clomid ive taken it 3 times before with my two sons (was on bad boy diet/ boy timing with both/ and took loads of vits and minerals and tablets to make my cm extra stretchy) but this month il be doing none of that.....

im taking folic acid 1200mg, baby aspirin 3 x a week, acidophilus 2 x a day, clomis days 2-6,

my DH is taking cranberry 10,000, liq root 450mg x 3 a day,

were both drinking diet coke/caffiene free coke, crystal light with sweetners,

im on the LE diet, DH has cut out meat/fish/eggs

we will DTD once at a 0+12 with shallow penetration, we have done a 2 1/2 week abstinence, DH will take a sudafed 1 hour before attempt, il use rephresh the night before our attempt and maybe a little after if my ph is higher then 5, and citirizine before our attempt if i have loads of EWCM,

i have 2 boys and desperatley want my baby girl now ............

Hi. The HPT's are getting lighter each time I take one. I am still spotting a little and I don't feel well. I think I have a combo of having another chemical (crampy, yuck feeling) and a little of what the kids have had. I can't believe i'm having 2 chemicals in a row. I will talk to my midwife on Monday and see what she thinks I should do next.
