I had this strong pinching yesterday afternoon. I related it to ovulating. It was actually pretty painful. Well it has returned this morning and it is pretty strong again. 1-5 about a 3. Yall think that's ok??? kind of scaring me.
Maybe you o'd a second egg, Boysboys! :)

During O this cycle I had full 5's out of 5 and it lasted a day and a half-ish. I had to pick up my kids from school and take them to the doc the first day and it hurt so bad I was walking like I do post-op when it hurts to much to stand up straight. Every. Single. Step. Hurt! Every time I took a step it felt like I was getting stabbed (was fun to try to seem normal and be in so much pain). The next morning it was about a 3-4 out of 5... strong enough to need a pain killer, but not so strong that I couldn't walk. So, my point is- yes, I think you are fine! You may have just popped a huge egg like I did (eggs normally O at about 18-28 mm and mine was 31.55 mm the day of my u/s and I didn't O for another 2 days, so it had time to grow even more) or you may have popped 2 eggs (also a slight possibility in my case).
