Okay I did before I read this because I searched online. Could you look into the flintstone sour gummy ones and give me your opinion on those doubling?
What about iron? What should I increase?
Maybe even take 3 flintstones instead of 4 of them?

I'm so bloated that I look 3 months pregnant :( ok ok the sad face is because I haven't tested and I'm whining like I look FAAAAAAAT!! Lol My love pressed my belly and was like WTH!? It feels like a rock and pressed it again & *gas* lol am I the only 1 who wants this so bad but I'm too chicken to test!?
I'm such a punk I can't even explain why im in such denial and why I'm so scared to test.
Me being picky I'm scared to get the vitamins because I don't eat orange or grape or cherry and as I remember those are the vitamin flavors but I do take folic acid daily
Oh no... these aren't like Flintstone chewable vitamins...they are SO much better! At the time I was prego I read online that docs recommend them to ladies that get sick from taking prenatal vitamins! :)
I think you should test.....
YEP that's what I think!!! LMAO
Doubling up once will not hurt anything, esp. this early on, and esp. with Flintstones vitamins which are not super high doses. If you do it for weeks and months on end, esp. in the latter half of the first trimester, it's just not a good idea (Vit. A in supplement form has been strongly linked to birth defects.) You just don't NEED to double up on vitamins, it's an old wives tale because you just don't need the megadoses of vitamins, breastfeeding or no. I'd rather see you find a prenatal gummy rather than the Flintstones ones to be sure you're getting the right combo of nutrients. The Flintstones are lacking in some nutrients you could benefit from and then have the Vit. A which you should be taking only a small amount via supps. They do have iodine which is good, so if you decide not to use them any more and your new vites don't have iodine, be sure to eat iodized salt.
You should probably (esp. coming off the bleeding) be on some form of iron to provide 100% ADULT iron needs. the downside of iron is that it upsets your stomach, so if the reason you're taking the Flintstones is because you get sick from reg. prenatals, an iron supplement is going to make you queasy.
Atomic have you heard of Spatone? It is natural iron water and does not upset tummy or constipate :)
That's why I'm not testing because of all the negatives for basically 15 months str8 but I did buy first response at walmart & there's an extra test in the box so I guess I'll have extra if needed right ? I'm just too scared of getting a negative and hurt. When everyone around u puts it in ur head and makes u wonder and start to believe it's heartbreaking to see it's negative
Butterfly, huge congrats!! You need get us a ticker and tell us more info...how are you feeling today?
