ive been reading here but never posted. i have one DD who is 20 months and we are trying for a boy. I am 34 and DH is 42 so i think this will be our last. a boy would be great and DH really wants one. im a bit confused on the diet part.. to lower PH i initially thought to gather a list of alkaline foods and avoid the acid forming ones. i am eating well and taking some supps, lemon water, baking soda water, etc.. the confusing part for me is that red meat, dairy, and some other things i see people eating on here for boy- are very acidifying in the body. ive been avoiding them completely and now i feel i may need to add them but im so confused as to why it seems to contradict. help! lol any advice is much appreciated :)
