Hi! I just wanted to ask a few questions if I may, about Vitex. We are 'swaying' girl. I would like to add Vitex but unsure of when to start and when to stop. I am tracking ovulation days carefully...any information would be much appreciated. I am in Australia. I also take Magnesium, Calcium, Vit D and Folate.

dearspencer, I don't know about vitex, but if I were you I'd def drop vit D, it sways boy! Folate is always recommended, so thats good. Don't know about calcium and magnesium, I don't think atomic recommends it here, but not sure.

I even take a pregnancy test for the first two days of my cycle to ensure I'm not pregnant.. as my pregnancies like to start out with bleeding (even DD's did).. I cannot be sure. Atomic will not recommend those though, in my case they felt right for me though.
For today's update: My line is the same as yesterday.. I need to stop wasting tests! lol The levels don't rise every 24 hours, and I can't will them too! bahaha so I will take ONE a day or every other day no matter what.. with FMU. :wink:
My boobs are still hurting, I'm peeing a lot, and still have left side activity. It's not as strong as last night though. I'm wishing I had some $1 tests! lol
