It's the bright white part on the yolk sack is where the placenta is forming apparently. Think you're ia on the right of the sack a little bit if the image has not been flipped or anything. So it could mean girl

Im not sure if its the nub or not?? I didnt see anything sticking up throught out the scan but that is not reliable either
Yea it was an abdominal scan so it will be opposites. I just wasnt sure if the placenta was actually the bright white parts at the left of the pic ? As i knoe the yolk sac isnt always where the placenta will be exactly.

Actually I read abdominal isn't flipped, it's so confusing I wouldn't rely on it. Nub is more accurate.
Today is my anatomy scan! Totally nervous and praying my baby girl is all healthy!

COngrats stink of hearing girl! So exciting! I will hopefully be finding out early August what Im having. I'm 8 weeks today. I have a dating scan this Thursday so I'm excited to see that everything is fine. Congrats on twins Chocolate! I can't imagine the emotions you are going through right now. I'm secretly terrified that I am having twins. My hcg was so high at 6 weeks.
Its transvaginal that isnt flipped. I knw ramzi theory is so not reliable but its all i have 2 go on just now. Cant have gender scan for another 8 weeks

In regards to early gender scan what is the best gestation? Im 14 weeks tomorrow is that too early? I do know a place that does them from 13 weeks
Pinkin id wait until 15/16 weeks! You can get gender scans from 14 weeks (13 weeks too early in my opinion) but a lot of what you see depends on the quality of the machine and the tech's experience. I'm waiting until nearly 19 weeks to confirm gender but that's mostly because I'm expecting twins and heard they can be trickier to see.
Pinkin, if that's the nub I'm seeing then it looks very girly to me!

Wednesday I have a doctor appt. I asked the doctor if she could find gender. She said normally they stop doing the ultrasounds this far along but if I tell the nurse, they will try. If the baby cooperates, which she does, then she will check. I know the gender but I want to pretend I don't so she'll double check for me.

Hey ladies. I have been having a few doctors appointments recently as I have developed this silly dry cough and have had it for over 2 months. One doctor is just trying to say it's all in my mind. I was sent for a ECG yesterday which another doctor came to see me, has said all is good with my heart but still no reason for why i have this silly cough or why it won't go away and why it get worse the more I get active. I now have to go for more blood tests and go back and see this same doctor on tuesdsy. Grr I hate tests

Beautiful rainbow, I had a cough for ages that seemed to be caused by hayfever. I hope it's something as innocent as that and nothing serious!
BR, with my ds4 I had a cough that lasted most of the pregnancy. No explanation. Doctor ended up giving me an inhaler to use to keep it under control enough I could sleep. It vanished when baby was born.

I'm getting excited for my U/S in 2 days. I just want to see that everything is as it should be. That will be a big relief. How's everyone else doing as far as nausea etc?

My neusea had stop but also I think it's part down to me avoiding what I know if making me sick. It's been sooo got here today spent the afternoon in our pool. I don't mind the heat at all except when pregnant.

And I never had any symptoms. This pregnancy is the opposite of what a girl pregnancy is like according to wives tales. I have a headache often though. That's it.

Pinkhelp, good luck at your scan!! I haven't had any morning sickness this time around which is odd because I had it bad with DS1 and DS2. I do get nauseous if I go too long without eating but that's normal. I feel fine otherwise.
I'm starting to feel anxious about my ultrasound in a couple weeks. I feel like with so many people hearing girl lately that there's no way I can hear girl too. :/
Ksmom i know that feeling so well. While ttc and whenbever I saw new born baby girls I used to feel like they just used up a chance at get a girl. But there is alway a chance you will get yours.x
If it's any consolation there are more boys than girls in my fb group.xx

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling not as bad about the thought of a 4th boy as I thought I would. This pregnancy has it's differences from my 3 boys but also has it's similarities too....Not sure if you can really go by symptoms and gender anyway. Still trying to hold out hope that I somehow got lucky enough to have a girl!
My anatomy scan went great my baby girl is measuring a day ahead! Tech said when she did 3D of her that she has my nose lol. I'm so in love! I feel more calm now and relaxed!
Doc ask if I want to take progesterone shots weekly, she thought my first pregnancy I lost at 12 weeks but it was actually 8 weeks and didn't find out till 12 weeks. So I don't think I need to go thru the hassle of weekly shots.
My cervix and everything else is perfect.
I do have an anterior placenta, which I'm confused because I felt her move way faster than my past two kiddos! My 2nd and 3rd I felt around 24-25 weeks. I think I had anterior with my last baby. So not sure. But just glad and so thankful my baby girl is perfectly healthy I thank God everyday!
I can't wait for the rest of you ladies to find out the gender!
