Oy my goodness Mommy you guys look awesome!!!! Love the test too :)
Pbn - yup, 4 days last cycle! Crazy!!! I took my temperature a little while ago (around 5 pm). It was low - lower than my normal post-O BBTs. I know it's not a BBT but does it mean I probably haven't O-ed yet? If I had and my progesterone had increased wouldn't I at least have an evening temp as high as my post-O BBTs? (I hadn't eaten/drank anything before I took temp).

Abc cant read anything into an evening temp sorry even when logic tells us it should be high. I used to do the same type of thing for experimentation and got nowehere [emoji23]

Haha - ok ok :) Why can't our bodies just give us more clear signs of what's going on?! Grrrr!!!
Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
I know!!! I've said before can you imagine if someone was able to develop a test to tell whether an eggs been fertilised or not? Or create a mini u/s machine so you could check and see when an eggs been released? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] They would be richer than Bill Gates!!

Bu that I mean an affordable at home u/s machine, like something you could wear in a belt [emoji23]

That would be awesome!!!!!

Pbn! That would be too cool!!

No temp rise :( It's been 48 hours since my first +opk. Ugh!!!!

Abc, mine didn't rise until day 3https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...dfe362efc1.jpg

Thanks Mommy. I hope mine does the same tomorrow!! Last cycle it was not until the 5th morning! I just get why it takes my body so long after lh surge to release the egg!

ABC I don't know if this helps, but there was a study done on charting cycles. It showed that only 22% of women had temp rises the day after O. The rest it took 2-3 days. Are you BDing again just in case? I know too frequent sways boy right?
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Welcome abc! I hope yours does too! Bodies are weird!

Thanks Greydore and Robin that's reassuring. I think if I don't get a temp rise tomorrow morning, we might BD again tomorrow morning. That would give us 60+ hours between two attempts. I know sperm can live longer than that but it seems unlikely there would be much left at that point.
I don't know is that the best approach?

ABC I'm guessing it's up to you- how much do you want a girl versus how much you want to be pregnant? I would BD again, but I personally would be fine with a boy or a girl. That probably doesn't help you much I'm sorry [emoji52]
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Greydore, thats was my thinking too, more than a girl, I just want a healthy baby... hence the eod and then 5 days in a row after peak opk.

ABC would e4d be an option for you? opk's are great but sometimes i think they cause more stress and problems than they are worth.. e4d takes the guess work out of it :)
Robin how are you? i hope your doing ok  we lost our baby girl at 18 weeks 6 years ago and it was heartbreaking to see you go through similar, fingers crossed your happy ending is just around the corner xx
Thanks ladies :) I really want a girl, but I also think we'll probably BD again tomorrow at some point if I don't see a temp rise. I just don't think there will be that many sperm left after 2+ days, and I want to give this cycle a good shot. If it doesn't happen this cycle I won't be too upset bc I should be getting Clomid again next cycle - although I do want to get pregnant sooner than later.

Aww I am so sorry you went through this too. It for sure has changed the entire way I view life. Just to know that something so important to you can be taken from you at any time... makes you appreciate the little things more. Nothing is guaranteed.
I'm doing well. I've switched up my diet to lower carb (no white carbs) and added chicken back in a few times a week. I'm back to cardio as well. I have to lose these last couple of pounds.
Did my first IUI 2 days ago with fsh injectibles. Hoping we are one of the lucky ones who have a first time successful iui!
so glad you are doing ok, yes it really makes you realise how easily things can go wrong doesn't it, she was our 2nd baby and with our first i'll admit i just took it for granted that everything would be ok, having/losing her taught me that sadly no pregnancy is guaranteed :(
how exciting about the iui :) fingers crossed for you!! if its any encouragement i fell pregnant with my youngest 1st month doing at home AI, not quite iui but its along those lines, i'll keep an eye out for your updates :)
Abc don't feel discouraged just yet. A 2-o attempt is as good as a 1-o so lets hope for that spike tomorrow. Otherwise I think your plan to bd in the morning is a great idea.

So I'm possibly 12 dpo now, and another bfn this morning. I'm using the Walmart cheapies, but if I was pregnant it seems like today's the day something should've showed up. It's okay, as I have a wedding in two weeks that will be a lot more fun with champagne :)
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Thanks Pbn. I had a lot of achy feelings today in my right ovary so I'm thinking it may have happened today. Still hopeful!
Greydore I know what mean - I had a wedding to go to in September one week after my miscarriage. So I definitely enjoyed the wine & champagne!! :)

Greydore I've checked and it looks as though Walmart cheapies have a sensitivity of 25mIU. In comparison an frer has been known to detect as little as 6.5mIU. All tests vary in sensivity but that's a huge difference. OSOM are also very sensitive. If you implanted say 9/10dpo which is within normal guidelines then you wouldn't see a line on you on your test for possibly another day or so. Or you could be experiencing the 'all of a sudden different cycle when every other cycle has been like clockwork syndrome' that we seem to experience when watching our cycles so closely [emoji52]
Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
I love your optimism Pbn :) and here I thought that 25mIU was sensitive! My temp jumped again today, which just confuses me even more. I keep reminding myself that I had exactly zero symptoms during the TWW with my last baby. I literally felt no different than my non pregnant self. I felt so different this past Monday that now I'm thinking I'm just symptom spotting and it's all in my head! I had a nonhormonal IUD, so I wouldn't think it would mess with my cycle but maybe it did? I feel like I got way too lucky with my last pregnancy (got pregnant our first cycle trying), this waiting sucks!

Can you post a screenshot of your chart?

So Greydore af would be due by morning at the latest right? That dip at 9dpo followed by a decent spike on 10dpo is interesting.... do you plan on testing again tomorrow morning?
Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
If that next temp is up/stays up then it's looking to be triphasic! Fx Greydore!
I tested this morning and it was negative, so just waiting for af at this point! It looks as though I did have a longer cycle than normal (of course the month we start trying).
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Oh, bummer, Greydore! I’m hoping you get your BFP soon 🤞🏻!

[emoji254]Thank you Gender Dreaming for our precious little girl![emoji254]
Thank you XX! I'm totally okay with it this month :) we have a busy November so I hopefully won't be obsessing 24/7. It also looks like we totally missed my fertile window this month, so next month I think we will use OPKs. The only part that stinks is that I really didn't want to be in the third trimester during the summer, so I didn't want an August or September due date. Oh well!
Also, I'm 29. I got pregnant at 24 and 26 with my boys, so I'm nervous that I'm less fertile now or something :/
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Welp, I'm really frustrated. Why is there no rise?!!? What is wrong with my body? How do I get a +opk several days before temp rise?
Guess we'll BD again today. I really wanted only 1 attempt. If we BD-ed on Thursday evening and again Sunday morning, is 2 full days in between still "pink friendly"?
Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
I'm not sure ABC but I'm sorry [emoji52] that is so frustrating!
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Thanks Greydore.
My CM seems creamy this morning - not egg white at all. I wonder if it's possible that I am just seeing a delay in temp rise after O? Like maybe I have already ovulated and temp is just not showing it yet.
Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
ABC that's very possible from the studies I've looked at. Also maybe your body geared up to O and didn't? That happened to me the cycle I conceived our second baby. I'm sure someone else can give you a better answer than I can though.
[emoji170]10/2013 [emoji170]2/2016
Hi all, I'm 10dpo tomorrow and can't decide weather to test or not, I have no symptoms whatsoever but don't think I did with my son either!
Yea Greydore either is a possibility I guess. We got another attempt in at 9 am this morning - 60 hours after the last attempt. It is what it is I guess!
Girlsway - I would say go for it!! Test! :)
