I love working out, and have been on a Weightloss journey for 13 months now. I've lost 45 lbs total and feel so good.
I did 5 days a week except on weeks that we had attempts I would skip the three days after that. I feel like I was really strict on diet until last month... I still haven't had any meat, but I don't track foods and I feel like I sometimes have too much fat and probably way too many calories on most days. I just can't stress myself out over it. I hope it's been enough.
