I knew if I didn't do the cardio I would be miserable in self loathing... Haha. I am super competitive, so once I start something I can't let myself give up. I started losing weight before swaying.... So I was so glad I could continue on my journey while swaying. I'm just nervous about gaining weight when I get pregnant and go back to eating meat, nuts, health fats. I hope I don't go crazy.
