Boysboys I've been on the le diet 16 weeks now will be 17 when we have our attempt next week. Aiming for one attempt at pos opk. Taking only folic acid and fibre with most meals. I skip brekky and eat twice a day mostly. No cardio. Hubby has been on ole for as long as I've been on diet. Really hoping July is my month as I'm so tired of watching what I eat - oh and I cant wait to have meat again!! I'd already lost 12 kgs before starting le diet and have lost another 10 since so not much left to spare lol. Have a salt lamp and sleep with a chunk of pure rose quartz under my pillow. Also wear a rose quartz and new moon/waning crescent necklace for just in case lol
