One sec I think I see something, the next I don't... but don't trust my judgement. My head is pounding at the moment and it is affecting my eyes. :fx: for you!!!

Ultram is a category C during pregnancy. I wouldn't take it. It looks like only Tylenol is safe. Sorry two!!

Ok, this is interesting... I see your thumbnail chart but when I click on it it takes me to a chart with one temp on CD 1 and all the others are missing  From what I can tell from your thumbnail, today's temp doesn't appear to be high enough to be a temp shift, but I could be wrong. :fx: for you!
Got my first positive OPK Monday morning about 7:00. Got another positive yesterday morning. And I just got a positive at 12:00 pm. Is that normal?? Three days of positive??
Ugh! I was afraid of that. I KNOW ibuprofen is a no-no so I guess I am stuck. The weird thing is I am taking extra strength rapid release which generally works on a headache... I usually only have to bust out the aleve (or stronger) for a migraine. This headache is bordering on a migraine but not quite a migraine so I couldn't than, and still can't figure out why it didn't work when I was preggo or why it isn't working now. I might as well be taking tick-tacs because the tylenol has zero affect on it. Maybe because it's a hormonally caused headache??
I seriously hate herbal teas but I am even willing to choke one of those down if someone happens to know one that might work and is safe during preg?!
I updated my signature code, I didn't have auto update selected on fertility friend so you should be able to pull it up know. Last month was about the same shift in temp after 0 that was what got me thinking that maybe I actually O'd already. I guess tomorrow's temp will be more telling.
Okay, is it unheard of to have implant cramps 24hours after you first dtd? I'm almost certain I ovulated 1245pm 7/20, dtd that next "morning" at 1245am. At the exact same time last night (this morning) I had cramping that wasn't like the twinge I got when I ovulated. ... you would think I'd remember all this since it's my rd. Lol. My husband and I prayed and I laid the onesie on my stomach and we rubbed the good juju in and just relaxed. (GOD I sound crazy...)
Lol, kperez!! Isn't it nuts what seems normal when you're ttc?! It could have been another egg popping out of your ovary. :)

I agree with momamia, it is much more likely you popped a second egg... or even that what you felt is pain from a still swollen ovary that you didn't O from. It sounds crazy to think of a human egg hatching but they really do. An embryo can't implant until it hatches and it takes about 5-6 days for it to hatch, so implantation can't happen before then.
Quote:
The human egg is surrounded by a protein shell called the "zona pellucida". This shell has several important functions. Most importantly, it allows only one sperm through to fertilize the egg. After fertilization, the egg divides into 2 cells and this surrounding shell prevents these 2 cells from becoming separated. Each of the 2 cells divide again, giving the embryo a total 4 cells approximately 48 hours after the egg retrieval. By 72 hours, the embryo can have 8 cells. As the embryo continues to through these rounds of cell division, the zona keeps the cells together. Embryos are usually transferred to the uterus when they have between 4 and 8 cells (2-3 days after retrieval). After the embryo has been transferred, around Day 5, it has grown to the Blastocyst stage of development. At this stage the embryo must hatch out from its shell in order to implant in the uterus. If the embryo fails to hatch, it cannot implant.

Human blastocysts should hatch from the shell and begin to implant 1-2 days after day 5 IVF blastocyst transfer. In a natural situation (not IVF), the blastocyst should hatch and implant at the same time - about 6 to 10 days after ovulation.
