AF is late 4 days now , took a test (negative)
Im not trying untill Jan , but that was weird , it's never late !!
Could that be because of Vitamin B in the prenatal?

Yes, very likely. It isn't a bad thing though. My cycles changed in length when I started eating more before starting my swaying dietary adjustments. Any dietary change will usually affect your cycle some way.
How long was your cycle in total? and how long was your LP?
Well, vitamins and prenatals are considered a dietary change because your nutritional intake increases. I highly doubt your cycle will change too much though if your changes were mild.
Did you undergo any form of heavy stress this past month? Are you charting?
Oh and also, b vitamins, specifically b6, are known to lengthen the luteal phase and regulate cycles. That's probably what's happening :)
What's the line for exercising enough/too much? I'm afraid that I'm an over-exerciser. I want to cut back if necessary, but I don't want to give up working out entirely because I'd like to continue throughout a pregnancy. Right now I'm riding a stationary bike for 45 minutes at a time, or I'm jogging 3-5 miles (45 minutes or less) at a time. Thanks!
Walking and lifting but no jogging.
I personally don't even lift and I don't think I'm going do be lifting much during my sway because I have just recently managed to get my cortisol under control and I don't want it going up during my sway.. or ever again lol. I'm doing squats and push ups on my vibration plate and will slowly increase to light lifting after my bfp, God willing.
