My crumpets didn't taste nice :-( Wonder if my tastebuds have changed because we had a Chinese the other week and even that tasted odd and not nice, maybe it's a good thing! I had a caramel frape from McDonald's today and didn't know the nutrition info and once I looked that up I knew I couldn't skip the exercise ;-) I've just done an hour at the gym and feel better for it, I also did about 3 hours of cleaning today. Think I feel better keeping busy, but maybe actually it was the sugar rush from the frape!

I have just read someone's quote, and I think it's so me longing for a girl.
Quote:
How can you miss someone that never existed?
I probably could have done with that this morning, omg my emotions were all over the place, one min I exploded(bye bye chilled out mood) next I was upset and crying then I was snappy, ok on the way in to town. Then when I ordered a coffee a welled up because the barista smiled at me wtf is wrong with me, argh.
Are you taking saw Palmetto or chaste berry? I feel crazy mad and hormonal since taking them

Nope I'm in the tww, 8dpo. Got sore breasts too! Just taking fiber and folic acid and metformin now and have been taking these for a few months now without any of these side effects.
If I don't get a BFP soon the this is the craziest pmt/pms I have ever had! Lol
I always feel worse in the 2ww too, but I feel quite stressy all through my cycle now since starting the sway plan :-(

I didn't exercise yesterday I was so upset/moody/annoyed I just couldn't face it. Back on my bike today. It's soooo windy today!
My stomach is feeling a little tender today plus my back is achy too (back problems from sitting on the floor doing lego with my son's yesterday)

I tested this morning bfn. Still early 9dpo. But I read some new feedback from the seller I bought the tests from. Other people are saying the test are not working .so I think I will pick up some new ones from the supermarket later ready for tomorrow

OMG, just finished 60 min. dancing/aerobic-cardio on the floor in my living room while the kids where playing outside. I followed the usual You Tube-videos 'Pump it up' from 2004 (very 80ish) and the popular Bipasha Basu 'Break free full routine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tj9d6aBOzDo
I was soooo bored and counted the minutes till my alarm clock rang. What keept me going was thinking about the hot shower and the nice lunch that I deserved afterwards. I am definately better and more energetic when doing my cardio first thing in the morning. When I do it around lunch time, I get so exhausted and bonking.
Well now it's done. Tomorrow I will take a fast one hour-walk in the forest with our dog. I would die, if I had to do the same type of cardio every day. If any of you busy ladies have a good 'do it at home' aerobic-dance-video, please share the name. I need some variation from the two I always do.

Good luck testing beautifulrainbow fingers crossed for a bfp.
Just took the dog for a long walk in the sunshine, my day off today so that's as hard as it gets for me.
Dream sister - ministry of sound pump it up is really good; haven't done it in years as mislaid it somewhere when we moved two years ago but the music is great, dance music typical of the year and the dance routines are great for getting your heart rate up without boredom.
I've been for an hours walk with the boys on their scooters but will be running later when the boys are in bed.x
This is the dvd I was referring to:
Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout DVD: Amazon.co.uk: Pump It Up!: DVD & Blu-ray
Have had 2 days off but am currently on the exercise bike in the garden as it is lovely and sunny!!
I know there is no reason for this but I just can't get into really hard cardio during 2ww!! Feel paranoid I will dislodge a fertilised egg!!!

Today is my day off from exercise. I'm getting my DS3 baptized today. We also looked at a house for the second time, and we are going to put an offer down! It's 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full basement, a finished attic (could easily have a playroom AND a 6th bedroom up there!) and a two car garage for 159,000!!! It's a steal!! So excited that we will have room for #4...or #5 if it's twins [emoji4]!!

Wow exciting xx. Hope the baptism goes great.

Wow bargain,.so exciting! Where abouts are you? Very jealous, ours cost £395k for a 4 bed and 2 of the rooms are small! jealous :-)
I think I will worry about the cardio in the 2ww too but will also worry if I don't do it!

We are living in a rented 3 bed house and will cost around £100,000/$141195.00 t9 buy ourselves. Only plus really is that it has a massive garden and Seaview with no houses in front of us

Crazy how prices range so much in different areas! I want to live in America as their houses always seem huge and cheap! I live in the UK by the way
Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
Think a lot of us in this thread are in the uk, we must be the nation who struggle motivating ourselves to exercise!! Hahahaha!
Always think if I lived in a warmer climate, I would be skinny and tanned and exercise daily. Then again, probably not!!! Lol!

Agree! If I had to wear skimpy sun clothes I'd Def. Eat more salads lol

Me too chocolate about living in the UK. I had the chance to move over there a few years ago but turned it down due to you have to pay for schooling and have to get insurance for medical it was all so confusing. Had a chance because My dad was living over there. Now he has moved back to the UK as it was really hard to live out there!

As much as we moan about the NHS we really are so lucky. Can't imagine having to worry about medical bills and wondering if we should not visit a Dr. TBH the gun laws and crime puts me right off, did have a dream about going to Australia too but then what's the point in moving for nice weather when you are leaving family behind... And my Oh hates being hot lol
Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
I agree with you there we need a extra layer to keep us warm!
Hope you had a lovely day xx, fingers crossed you get that property it sounds lovely.
Your house sounds like it's nicely situated beautifulrainbow, the houses were I live are just so expensive but I do live just outside a beautiful city southwards.
We're about 3 weeks off our first attempt and I'm so nervous but excited to!
You will be just before me then Frilly Lady, eek!!! I need to do this diet really well!
Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
I am dreading it as I feel so lethargic and weak, had a burger today and just felt healthy again. We will have to encourage each other!
Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
Woo hoo if we all get bfp you won't be too far behind me!
Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Didn't run in the end tonight due to the bloody persistent rain! Gah! I don't mind a little bit but it's been heavy and constant so just went to the gym and did an hour on the bike.
I think the same as you ladies re America and value for money with property! Amazing how far your money can go, but lots of negatives of living out there too, would rather go to Oz!
I just want to be pregnant so I don't have to worry anymore about all of this, eating/exercising; the exercising bit isn't so bad, it's just making sure I'm doing the full hour for at least 6 days a week which can be tough sometimes with 12 1/2 hour shifts plus commuting time. But the plus side of a working day is that I tend to eat better as less temptation/easier to decline.x
