Part 3: Due July, August, September 2018

Mommy2apples, thank you! It’s nice to know we’re in prayers. I do have a little bit of a headache today, and when I lay down on my right side I get pain behind and below my tib cage that radiates to my back ribs. I did check my uri e this month emu g with a dip stick, and it only showed trace to 1+ urine which isn’t that bad, but definitely can be a sign of brewing pre eclampsia. I think I might tidy up a bit just in case, (dishes) and take a shower and then head in if I don’t feel better by then. I really wanted to feetilizemy lemon tree this morning! Lol if I get sent back home I’ll defini have to water my plants as it’s hot here today. I’ll have to ask my mom to if I get admitted. I know, the silly things we worry about. I do feel like headache is getting a little tiny bit worse though. Maybe stress? I hate humiliating false alarms in front of my co workers. I’m the worst patient EVER.

Babyboybleu, googling is stressful when you’re on symptom watch lol

Bunnygirl, they’re 11% discordant which is still considered ok. But clarissa is asymmetrically small, particularly in the abdominal circumference and has a definite diagnosis now of IUGR. My guy said after reading the ultrasound report himself, and these being his daughters, he’s definitely going to push for induction Thursday. He is good friends with the day on call OB and ran everything by here, and she said just send me in and she’ll do it, but she’s a younger newer OB and I hate htge idea of her feeling any pressure if anyone questions her judgement because we’re friends. I’ll be a day shy of 36 weeks though which is pretty darn good for twins, and my guy says if Clarissa isn’t growing anymore, there’s no reason to keep her in there getting more and more stressed so that she runs into problems in the normal stress of labor because her reserves are already so depleted.

Sometimes it makes it worse to know too much :/

wow ellierosannne i have you and your girls in my prayers , it sounds like they are on top of everything so it will all work out fine and your right 36 weeks is pretty darn good for twins!

i am totally over this hip pain, 34+3 weeks in , i have to get to 16th of july 39 weeks for my scheduled c section but my last baby came on his own at 38 weeks (still had c section) but we have our uncle who we are really close to in the last stages of lung cancer and they have said he has weeks not months left so he believes it will be a case of no crossover between him and lily coming. breaks my heart :( i really don't know how i will cope if attending his funeral before having baby lily it will be too much. Him and his wife couldn't have kids , they are the best second grandparents to our boys and godparents to our 3rd son who we named the middle name after them, lily's middle name is also after the aunty since we knew about the cancer when i got back from my round of ivf in cyprus. so when he goes aunty will be 62 with no husband and no kids it breaks my heart :( sorry to be so somber its just the timing is awful we are getting our dream and seeing hubby cry is too much for a pregnant lady!

I’m so sorry Grace. ☹️ my dad lost his battle to copd the same day my Braxton Ray was born. I have a love hate relationship for that day. Every year that day grows harder for me to bare, but I must because it’s my baby boy’s birthday.

We don't really do baby showers here either. My sister's arranged a surprise one for my 1st baby, it was a lovely day. I'm kinda hoping they'll do one for this (my last) baby!

32 weeks now and all still going well thank god! Lot of stressors in life lately so I've decided to finish up work in 2 weeks (A month early) so I can try power down a little. I worry about not getting to term due to stress and lack of being able to power down.

Any who, hope all is well with you all. Cannot wait to see pics of these beautiful babies !!

Thank you DreamingRainbow! Yes I think a month early off work will do you some good. Give you time to beat and everything. I was all nested and had everything the way I wanted for Emmalyn, then today my husband decided to rearrange rooms and my room is a disaster again. He better get it fixed again, after I get home from church at least or I’ll have to do it tomorrow which I will if I have too. I want everything perfect for her.
I hope they throw you another babyshower! You deserve it momma! I really wasn’t expecting a baby shower for my last and fifth baby, but really did appreciate both of them. It was awesome getting to see everyone!

I had another full growth and anatomy scan on Friday. She’s now down to an estimated 12th percentile for size and measuring between 6-14 days behind depending on the measurement. I’m still surprised she’s so small considering the sizes of my other singletons. LOL

Pink it's so amazing to see her those scans are just fantastic.

I had 2 people tell me matter of fact that I'm sure to have another girl. "Odds are it's another girl" it's bound to be statistically. Cue my smug but rather pi$$ed off face lol I don't tell anyone he's a boy I just think that people know too much about eachother now days. I still haven't even told anyone outside family and my best friend I'm pregnant lol
Still annoys me that they make out that another girl is such a negative thing. Saying to Dh I bet you're hoping it's a boy etc
Also if one more smug mother of boys and girls tells me how much more loving boys are (without knowing im having a boy this time) I think I will slap them! My girls tell me every single day they love me, even my 14 yr old gives me hugs through the day, my 6 yr old tells me I'm the best mummy and my 3 yr old tells me I'm beautiful and her best friend. I dont know how anyone can say one gender is more loving, other than to just annoy me when they find out I have 5 girls.

That is annoying bbb my little girl to has always been so loving right along with my boys. Honestly there truly isn’t any difference between them. Thy are all pretty amazing. I am excited to give my dd her baby sister she has always wanted though.

Hello ladies, I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to post! My girls arrived June 14th and it’s been a super rough recovery. I’ve been in survival mode and feel like I can come up for enough hair to post pics and let you know they are here, and I’m in love with them. We had some complications as I ended up with severe pre eclampsia and had to be induced and Clarissa is growth restricted and it was more severe then we thought. Then I had a post partum hemorrhage, and it was just really rough. I did deliver vaginally though! Chloe Elizabeth arrived at 11:16 Pm weighing in at 5 lbs 2 oz, and Clarissa Grace arrive three min later at 11:19 pm weighing in at 4 lbs 2 oz. they did well enough to not have to go to the Nicu at all and came home with us but breastfeeding has been a super challenge because Clarissa is so small now that I can only nurse her for ten minutes and then I have to supplement with a high calorie formula for both girls to help them grow. I’m pumping after they eat and once we ruin out of the special formula the hospital gave us, we are supposed to add a powdered fortifier to the pumped milk to feed them. My milk finally came in yesterday and more today, delayed from the hemorrhage. It takes over an hour to get them both fed and they have to eat every three hours, so I have to set my alarm during the night so with my toddler and all I’m not getting more then an hour here, an hour there so I did end up with some post partum blues and so I’m on a medication that’s actually really helping with that a lot. I’ll stay on it for a month or so until I feel a little less overwhelmed. The silver king is once life settles down, I have two beautiful little daughters I’m madly in love with!

Oh, and I’ll catch up on everyone’s posts as soon as I’m able to, I just honestly am not there yet.....

Oh ellirosanne!!! They are so adorable I want to scream!!! They look absolutely perfect! That was a scary time you had. I'm glad you have come through it ok and hope you will feel better soon. A couple of weeks and you will have a routine down and be a twin momma expert! X

Hoping pace will slow down for you a bit so you can catch a breather! So glad they are doing well! You are super woman! Nursing one is hard enough! I couldn’t imagine nursing twins! Hopefully the pictures will show up for me so I can see their beautiful faces!

Mommy2Apples - sounds like you and I are next. I will have my C-section at 37 weeks on Tuesday! This pregnancy was pretty fast! It did feel like the last few weeks crept by slowly but it's been very uneventful and healthy thank God. I can't wait to meet this little lady next week. She's been such a good baby so far - hoping she continues :-)

I cannot wait for these babies to be born!!!
Grace my belly button is too deep to stick out, it just gets really small and shallow lol

Has anyone had problems with feeling like they are gonna pass out all the time? I can't even walk around for food shopping I have to keep sitting down. It makes me feel a bit sick too and like my heart is thumping. It's awful I hate it. I don't know how I'm gonna get through the school holidays, not being able to go anywhere. Feel like I'm letting the kids down. Dh will take them out but it's just miserable thinking that I won't be with them

My belly button is deep too! No sticking out for me! Lol

BBB what has the dr said about it? I’ve never had that all the time just sometimes if I stand up too fast.

Haven't been to the Dr. I'm one of those people who will only see the Dr if I'm on my last legs lol I will see the midwife next Friday.

wow aren't they just the cutest little gems, so glad that you are ok Ellirosanne and your bubbas wow what a birth.
And bbb don't worry i had that alot with when i had my boys there was alot of chatter to me about only having boys and that they were this and that and the other, truth is our kids are what they are as individuals not by their gender :)

Exactly pink. It's like saying girls are quiet and boys are crazy. My dd5 is the craziest little person ever! She is forever running around climbing and falling then climbing again! And I'm sure there are loads of boys who are quiet and like to play by themselves. People actually like to tell me how their girls were so awful and their boys were little angels. Yeah whatever. Like you say it's the individual child not their gender.
