Having two miscarriages before, my husband knows that there will be no getting down until I am happy everything is on the right path... and sometimes that is quite a while.

My birth with my son ended rougher than I would have liked as he was posterior and after 48 hours (can you blame him?!) he was getting tired and they got concerned, so they did the BIGGEST CUT IN THE UNIVERSE to put in forceps in me... like they cut the inner 'wall' between my vagina and my, er, anus. :( When it healed... it felt hard... and thick... and jagged in there. Sex took over a year to really happen. Seriously. And my husband NEVER got annoyed, just wanted the odd reassurance I still loved him... but he understood why I was soooo scared. The few times we tried it was excruciating. I think after a year+, I decided to grin and just get on with it. Holy hell, it hurt... but got easier each time. But, still... a year+, guys...

I'm pretty relieved my husband doesn't put pressure on me for sexy time! PHEW... or else he'd be crazy disappointed! I go at my own pace! Ha!

Same here! No sex since 4 weeks lol. Dh is NOT happy. Even if I wasn't worried, the nausea is so bad I just couldn't do it.

You are very lucky suregena to have such an understanding husband, I can't even imagine my DH handling that situation. Anyway, I read your birth story the other day, you are a very brave and powerful woman, hope this time you'll have a better and easier delivery.

Man, if he ever hounded me for sex, he'd really get a piece of my mind. No one pushes me to do something if I'm not up for it. Maybe he just knows that. I can be a little fierce and feisty! :P
