Hobbers I understand how you are worried, but I still think on US DS1 looks more girly than even this girl! You'd be surprised and you've seen pics of my DS1...he is def. a pretty boy...I think you just have a pretty boy in there :)
Also, the frequency I had was perfect boy frequency but it was all the sex my DH could have, and I worried about it so much, because I didn't think we were loweirng his sperm count enough, but I think his being overweight and drinking heavily at the time really helped my sway, when at the time, I felt doomed that we could do nothing else but make boys because we didn't do FR or abstain. When you think about it, tons of ppl concieve both genders all the time and they do nothing strange or different...I still really believe in the boy for you, but I understand that you're going thru a moment here :) hope you feel better today....
myloves, it does get me so upset to hear about women / girls being worst than men, and it really, really upsets when I hear stories of Chinese officals going into Chinese villages and doing ultrasounds and aborting even a 8 month old pregnacy because the gender is a girl. I really think China needs to a do a different method to control population rather than single out females and terminate them. I think it's really wrong too when any culture has an emphasis on any gender. I feel in the USA that girls are also at a disadvantage because everyone wants them, but they have that whole Princess pop culture, which is OK, but some of it is very insidious and I worry about the ideas we're giving the girls, that looking pretty, having big tits, and getting a man is all that matters.
It's like the old thing: if a high school sleeps around a lot, he's considered to be a "catch" or "popular", if a girl does the same in high school, there's a good chance she'll be branded with a very ugly name. My thing is: they are both doing it, but one is praised, almost patted on the back, the other is mostly scorned at or laughed at behind her back. It's def. not fair.
