Thanks atomic! Can't wait to see what my doctor says on Monday. Should I get him to jump start my period?
i would!
Update atomic: So my Ob prescribed me Provera to jump start my period and wants to see me in 3 weeks to check my progesterone levels and by that he will be prescribing me either 50-100 mg of Clomid depending the results. The only bad thing is that it looks like I've gained a couple of lbs :( Not sure if it's bloating or me upping the calories to 2,000. What should I do now? Bd patterns while on Provera? I'm still doing my 60 min cardio, but have been cheating on the weekends (Sat-Sun) :( is that going to hurt my sway? Also, while on Provera should I stop taking peppermint tea? TIA
it's hard for me to keep up with the support threads, so if you have posted a q in one and I don't reply right away, repost as a separate q in the forums
Don't worry about the weight gain, you needed it.
The 60 6-7 exercise is just what I think will work for most people most of the time. Lots of the people got pink doing a bit less than that.
BD in whatever pattern you want while on Provera. you will not get pg while taking it.
I would not do pep tea while on Provera. I don't know that it would affect anythign negatively but it's just what my gut instinct tells me.
It's ok atomic I totally understand, thanks for replying. I did stop pp tea because I had a gut instinct to do so lol. I'm glad you said that it's ok to have gain that little bit of weight (phew, puts me at ease). I'm still doing my cardio with 1800-2000 calories until I get put on Clomid I want to drop back to 1600-1800 calories.
Atomic,
I've decided to take Clomid this cycle, what supplements should I drop and what should I keep?
Thanks!
Kristin
Does this help at all??

if not I need a list of what you are currently doing and taking!
Hope it's ok that I'm popping in on this thread..I wrote a separate thread asking q's about clomid and no one answered :(
Anyway, how hard is it to get a clomid rx from the obgyn?? I don't know how "legal" this is for me to ask, but is there a way I can word something in order to get the rx?
Thanks!
it totally depends on the doctor, some hand it out very freely and others won't give it even to people who legitimately need it - I did answer your other post BTW
