have a question about the Custom Sway Plans? Ask here!!!

I signed up for a plan I think I did it right . I bought the bundle one and paid on PayPal. It didn't redirect me to the questioner and when I click on the link I just see a questioner for if you already tried to sway. Did I do it wrong? My PayPal is a different email than on here not sure if that matters. Or maybe it just takes a while for the payment to go through and get access idk lol also after I fill it out I just post it in the private forum? Thank you!

Hello, I just paid for my plan but I can't send the questionaire to you as it says your quota is full! I also tried to PM you but it says the same. Could you let me know when I am able to access the questionaires please?

I've read somewere you can only send PM's after you've posted 5 Messages on the forum. It Could be the reason why you can't PM?
