Yesterday for lunch I had a salad sandwich on wholemeal and for dinner I had a stir fry with wholegrain rice and a vodka and soda.
Today's lunch was the same and for dinner I had a king prawn bhuna with wholegrain rice. That's my weekly treat.
Tomorrow I'm going to try a matzo pizza, hope it's nice!
I always feel really down about the diet on a weekend and I find it so hard not to cheat.
