Curious, how long do you ladies hold before doing opk?

I have one step which I think are very similar to the wondfo. I must have the smallest bladder and find it quite difficult. I’m trying for 3 hours and I’m thirsty because I’m limiting fluids. The things we do

I agree with Abc and think dh should release tonight. It's doing say four, five, six (over as many days) attempts in a row that isn't advised as by the time you o your hubby could be pretty much shooting blanks.

In relation to holds, 3 hours is definately long enough while restricting fluids.

Emshe even 2 - 2.5 hours is ample if you've restricted fluids to just a sip here and there and not drunk heaps during the day
