Logged back into a shitty email from my teamlead saying she doesn't expect me to train the other person up fully and where is the estimate I haven't been asked to provide to date! Luckly my collegue replied for me. I am trying to express my concerns and I get shot down! Maybe I should have yes I can do all of that, as it's clearly what people want to hear

no maybe - you shouldnt have you were realistic and you HAVE to think about you and dave x go get signed off then they can deal with it themselves and realise how much work it is!!! My manager leaves on friday another supervisor 2 weeks later - as they are off travelling and our area manager has done F all - we have NO replacements.....yes we me and 2 other supervisors know what to do but its 80hrs of labour we are down how the hell is that getting covered?! I feel like sending some rather snotty emails too! They just expect everyone else to pick up the pieces x put yourself first hun x x

oh and i THINK i got the car
all going to plan i pick HER yes it is a girl for sure friday....feel sick i never do things like this - i mean spend money and we struggle anyway so now we have to pay insurance for this too but my life will be much easier. Gosh i feel sick lol

Hi to everyone else, sorry, not in a very good place at the moment, will come back when I'm finding it easier to deal with xxx

HUGE hugs hun sorry you are struggling we are here if you need us x x

Thanks Charlie. I have worked my arse of for that company for ten years you would have thought some compassion was due. I feel like these things always get personal and find it hard not to take it personally. Like I knew this guy would leave and now it's all my fault. I really think leaving by getting signed off is for the best as I take the email quite personally. She words like 'merely asking you too...' and 'where is the estimate...' which wasn't mentioned in the first email. I can not ever start work without formal sign off from as customer saying they agree to pay and basically my boss is asking me to start work that the customer has not agreed too. Therefore going against the rules. I would rather have a male boss again.
Good lucknwith the car - treat yourself and don't feel guilty. We all feelntonguilty as mums x

Maybepink (((hugs))), we are all here for you and know how you feel....really praying you start to feel a little better soon.
Inglewood- thanks hon, I agree, not the name for my girl!
feeling better about this being a boy as yesterday my dh said 'you'll be the only princess in the house and we'll all have to look after you'. sweet.
chocolate- thanks for the link, managed to get one of the free scans!! I'll be 16 weeks so I might get a peek at gender eeekkkk!!!
charlie- hope you get the car, would be brilliant for you.
deaks- totally know what you mean about finding out you are pg, happy but then paranoid about the sway, totally mixed feelings, unlike my other two times. still brilliant news though and so exciting!!

Hi all,
Maybepink, so sorry you are struggling. We will be here waiting for us when you are ready. Sending lots of love your way.
Maybe and charlie, sorry work is shitty! People either forget or havent a clue how hard pregnancy is. I too reckon you should get yourself signed off maybe! Got to put yourself and bubs first! Charlie, fab news about the car!
Indigo, what a lovely thing for your dh to say! I go through times of the day when im fine with the proospect of another boy and times when im totally not. Im hoping this is me dealing with any gd now and not after the scan...doubt it works like that though.
Lavender, i love skiing but you are so brave going up the mountains with no lessons! Its daunting enough getting on the lifts when you are a beginner let alone skiing down! It reminds me actually because i found the smog group just before i went skiing last year and kept nipping to the internet cafe to log on and chat to you guys! One year almost exactly and i finally get my bfp!
Petal sorry ds3 poorly boy. There is so much around its not surprising the little fella hasnt escaped it!
AFM, totally paranoid my af coming. Going to worry like hell for the next 8 weeks!
