Thanks Mocha! I can spend a lot of time watching your sticky little bean grow! And lots of people have gotten BFPs lately, so there will be a lot of excitement going on for the next few months.

Oh Yuzu, sorry AF arrived, it always sucks. Hope you have a good rest from ttc and that you come back to ttc refreshed and get a speedy pink bfp. Sometimes that's all that is needed,a break.
I hope there are more lucky BFP's this month--I could really use one!! I am on CD13 and we have DTD every other day since CD9. We will DTD tomorrow too and I think that should be it, if tomorrow is indeed O day like i think it will be. Please send me your blue dust and cross your fingers for me!
Good luck to everyone else TTC right now!!
I've got TONS of blue dust for you, Hobber!
Hobber- take all my blue dust all of it!!!!! Good luck :)
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well! I may be the only other blue swayer besides Hobber, but I am not swaying that much, to be honest. I just need to try like hell every month, LOL.
Yuzu, I hope you are doing ok. A break might be a good thing for ya. I won't be taking many in the coming months, but when I had a 3 month break after my 10wk m/c, I felt very rejuvenated about ttc.
And by the way, SOOOOOOO glad to see many of us "mature mamas" getting bfps! Hope we all end up with buns in the oven by summer.
Hobber- how did the attempt go? Hope your feeling good about it :)
Waiting till February is hard...time goes so slow when your watching!!!
Blue dust on its way!!!:bluecheer:
Im also taking a break this month Yuzu but will be back ttc in feb,i am liking eating my normal foods too much and cant get back to starting my starvation diet yet, but im not bothered really :) i hope one month on LE diet will be enough to convince the girl swimmers next month :)Its difficult for me to skip this month but if i dont i will have 2 kids with identical birthdays possibly.Ah also the clock is ticking i will be 38 this month booohooo and might not have any chances left :(
Maybe i should rethink my reasoning?Anyone have 2 children with same birthdays? What are all your thoughts?
Lemon, how are you, darling?
I'm not 35 yet! I'll be 34 in April, and I mostly came here to chat sometimes because i just loved all the ladies in this thread :awe:
Lemon, u swaying this month? What CD are you on now?
Yuzu I think taking a break will be good to refresh before you go back into TTC
I am doing fine, mostly tired, my face is breaking out, having some indigestion, but all part of pregnancy so it's all good.
I have 2 kids with birthdays a week apart, and I won't lie to you, it sucks. Also, I don't know if this means anything, but they are both the same gender, conceived in the same month of the year. Maybe that is a coincidence, but to me I feel that I can only make girls in July.
Yeah i feel its kind of good then im skipping this month i feel better knowing that:)And also feb might be better girl territory for me then too! it is weird though that i have the exact same cd1 as 5 years ago and if i did conceive they could be born the exact same day?So strange...and plus i still cant bring myself to start the diet ive missed eating meat and salty food sooo much:) How did your attempt go are you feeling positive about it?
I was really happy about it, except that FF says I O'ed on CD12 and I really think I O'ed on CD13. If I O'ed on CD13, then I am pleased with my timing, but if I O'ed when FF says, I think the timing was terrible. :( I guess as long as I get a boy, who cares, right? :)
If you haven't been doing your diet, then you should definitely wait until Feb. The diets are hard to stick to, aren't they? I like the food on the boy diet, but the having to eat ALL THE TIME is killing me!
If I hadn't lost my angel baby, I would have had ALL 4 kids' birthdays within 1.5 months. I would have had ds1&2 on May 11th, my angel sometime around June 4th, and ds3 on June 25th. Although I would give anything to have my angel back, that would have been such a marathon! I was also concerned because I had conceived all my boys in early Fall and figured since that baby was conceived at the same time it would be bound to be a boy as well. I'll never know if my instincts on that were right.
I'm due September 15th. I'm hoping having a Fall baby will be lucky for me. My Mom had me in October after having 3 boys....
Hi ladies!
Sweet sister...did you skip this month?
I was thinking the same thing...but I just turned 38. We are taking a trip when I would be 10 weeks pg if we try this month and I am getting anxious.
I am doing the diet so I am not sure I want to waste it but I have a lot of cheat moments!
Not sure what to do,.....getting older is a concern.
However, I feel like I have been running my life for my future child instead of the ones I have!
Auroara,....yeah for the baby and yeah for being 34..hahahah!lucky!
What to do?
I am cd 9 and due to ovulate on cd 14 most likely!
Advice?
Hope you are all well!
Hope,..you have to let me know when you are attempting! Hope you are feeling good!
Enjoy the time off Yuzu,,..it will happen..for all of us I hope!
Good night ladies!
did any of you get pregnant right after a chemical/miscarriage? So it turns out that I did get pregnant last month, but it didn't stick (dr confirmed). I'm suppose to get another blood test monday just to confirm the levels are back down...which I feel confident they are since I finally stopped bleeding, BFN on HPT and I'm starting to get EWCM today. If the blood test is good Monday, then should we go for it?? I *should* ovulate next week although I'm not sure if that will be affected by everything that happened. We're not swaying at all. No diet...no supplements...no special timing....no refresh, nothing. I really don't care anymore, esp after the chemical...I will be happy with either gender! Anyone else ttc the month after a miscarriage/chemical? and what was your experience (good or bad)? Thanks!!
My experience was likely very different than what yours will be, but I'll share anyway. I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks (fetus likely died 6-8 weeks). After a lot of research I decided it would be safe to try right away. I thought I'd stop bleeding before O arrived, so I wasn't really monitoring, then suddenly, about 2 weeks after my m/c, I noticed my cervix was softening and started testing and BDing right away. I never really stopped spotting - there were periods of the day when there would be no blood, but there was almost always some blood at some point during the day. My cervix stayed open with TONS of blood-tinged ewcm for days. I never got a +OPK, but eventually FF determined an O-date based on a temperature rise. I spotted through almost my entire LP, which was very frustrating, then af arrived early, finally putting me out of my misery since I figured there was no way I could have gotten pregnant with all that spotting anyway.
The good news is, I got pregnant the very next cycle! I think my body just wasn't ready to be pregnant immediately after my m/c, but again - your experience will be very different from mine since yours was a chemical. Good luck!
Hi ladies,
I'm still up and wanted to say hello to you all. Do we have a tally of who is 35+ and has a BFP? Things happen so fast it hard to keep up sometimes.
I've only been taking a break for a little bit, but it is awesome. I didn't realize how much of my time I spent reading about and planning my sway. I even ate breakfast for the first time in months (it was just a small brekkie, but still). I'm feeling good and getting my spirit back.
I hope you are all doing okay and feeling good.
Hi Yuzu~ Glad your feeling better. So glad your getting your spirit back! Just taking a little break helps sometimes! Mine was not by choice but I'm ready fro Febuary! Pretty excited and looking forward to having an attempt.
Not sure about who has had BFP in the 35+, except: Mocha. There have definetly been more BFPs I just dont know their ages! We'll be next though ;)
Yep, I'm 37, and I got my BFP a few weeks ago! I also got a BFP while swaying last September (sadly, I had a m/c), though that one took 4 months to get.
Hi all - sorry I have been MIA. I had a missed miscarriage (baby passed at 6w5d, found out at 8 wks - confirmed at 9w) and just had a D&C on Friday. My HCG levels were still through the roof (86000) so it would have been a while before my body actually caught on. Hope everyone is doing well.
Glad to see you are feeling better Yuzu!
Kitten - I'm sooooo sorry, sweetie! I'm glad you found out when you did, though I know how heartbreaking it is. My fetus likely passed around 6 weeks too, but I only found out at 11 weeks. If you need to talk about anything, PM me :HH:.
Kitten~ I am sooooooo sorry. THat is so heart breaking. We are here to support you in any way possible :HH:
Oh Kitten, so sorry about the miscarriage. It's heartbreaking, I know. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
I'm sorry for your loss, Kitten.
Thanks everyone.
Mocha - had I not had an early dating u/s then I probably would have found out at 11/12 weeks as well. With my levels being so high, I'm sure I would have still be "pg" but not "pg" at that time.
I'm doing ok. As I said to Lemon, my head tells me enough is enough and just to stop trying, but my heart tells me something considerably different.
So sorry you're going through this, kitten. I'm having an u/s at 8 weeks this time (I requested it, and my midwives agreed), and I'm going to be scared to death going into it. As I said before, if you want to talk at all, pm me. :HH:
Got a BFP today! Please send me all your blue dust, ladies!
Thank you lady bug!! I will take ALL of it!!
Thank you Mocha! I will take all the blue dust!
