good luck sunset!!!! you'll pass. Everyone i know do, and i know a few 'slow' people and they passed first time. I only got one question wrong on the question part. The hardest part is the hazard perception part when you have to click at the right time and your not allowed to click to many times. You'll be fine!!!

Just waiting in at the moment for a delievery, got a new bed coming and waiting for the carpet fitter to come this afternoon. Getting sorted with the house. The contents insurance ended up settling at £7000 so we were well happy with that. We opted for BACS instead of waiting for them to replace our stuff as we wanted to make sure we could get everything before xmas! Im so glad we claimed now as my partner was in 2 minds of wether to bother but i kept nagging him and basically told him, we have no option. My house looks so much better now its been done and we bought miles better things! We bought a 51" 3d tv 2 days ago which we wouldnt have bought if they hadnt paid out and brand spanking new dining suite which we wouldnt have been able to afford. Were going to get the house valued after we have finished as we got it for a bargain last october. We paid £64,000 for it and it only had two bedrooms but since weve had it we have had the loft converted into our bedroom and had the bathroom split into a bathrrom and bedroom as it was far too big for just a bathroom. and changed all the deco in all the rooms. the house next door sold for £100,000 in summer and its exactly the same as ours but still only has 2 bedrooms and is slightly smaller than ours.

I always got +ve opk's/bfp's later in the day around 5-7pm, not 1st thing like the instructions say you will on the packet!!! GL

Hi all, Sunset hope ur not too nervous about ur test. I didn't need to do the theory test as it was out just after I passed my test in 1996. Makes me feel old!!!! only 32, a young chick really!!!!!! lol

Charlie, I shop bought, I am in NO way crafty and wasn't gonna take any chances...lol I can sew up trouser hems (had to learn that being 5ft 1!!, cubs badges and that's about it!!!

Littlemiss, bet ur house looks so good! I'm still living in my dining room as dh decorates the living room....praying he gets it done soon as I'm sick of this room!! FX you get a good valuation!! Sounds promising! We know we've lost at least £15k in 4.5yrs which is so annoying, esp now we have to buy a bigger house and can't really afford a bigger mortagage! We only have 2 beds, but since we're not happy in the village, not worth the £ or time going up the loft! When we bought the house, I was trying to convince myself I was happy with the 2 boys who could share a room for a while till we went up the loft, who was I kidding!!!! And now we'll have 4 kids!

Lavender, I had longer cycles every other mth, noticed a pattern. Usually 28/29 days one mth then 31-33 the next, was weird. How long are urs normally?

Deaks, if you are testing late in the day just try not to drink too much before you take it so its concentrated, I read it takes at least 24 hours or more for the hcg hormone to double so the tests wont get darker until then, sure it was between 2 to 3 days so dont fret yet but know why you would!

Well my opk's seem to be getting darker, only on cd10 and anticipated ovulating on cd17 at the earlierst lol, never mind, if it comes early then it comes early will just make sure OH has a super hot bath and leaves his swimmers as far outside as possible lol. Only dtd on cd 8 so there wouldnt be much of an abstinence but cant be bothered with asking him to release before as it took some effort to get a reaction lol from him last time. Either pressure lol or the licorice root!

chocolate is right, I'd hold my pee in for 3-4hrs to get a more concentrated sample!

I'm sure the liq root caused the same prob!! lol Bless him, we did freq release and it was VERY difficult to get him to realease after a few days.... never thought a man would moan so much about having to 'time to himself' lol He used to get me to do it or he's be in there for over an hour!!!! lol He'd kill me for repeating that!

Lol, I had to go to the last resort of a BJ lol to get things going! Know he will look forward to the next attempt now lol. Hope we never meet up after disclosing that ha ha.

I passed my theory!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: So very happy to have that over and done with! now i just need to put in for my practical.. but I doubt I'll pass that first time as i'll be such a nervous wreck lol eek! one step closer to my driving license!

Deaks ~ i tested with an IC first thing in the morning and had a line but it was very faint so i thought it was an evap line. I had an ASDA pregnancy test lying about so I waited a few hours and then tested with that, which showed up a line and I never get evaps with Asda's own pregnancy tests. and then in the afternoon I did a clearblue digital :)

congrats sunsets!! knew you could do it, i never passed my practical first time round as i was super nervous but did 2nd time round. i just put the failed test down to experience and i wasnt as nervous the 2nd time round

Yay well done sunset!! what a weight off your mind.... youll be driving 3 kiddywinks around before you know it :)

Thanks for the info. So sick of these faint lines! Am holding my pee and going to do an ic early evening. If there is a faint line again will dip my digital into the same sample and see what happens!
