Grrrrr stupid charting!!! FF has put ovulation at CD 15 due to my temps. I guess we will see around the 17th. That's when Af will be due if O occurred on the 15th. I guess I will have to start taking my OPK's from CD12 now. Argh, that will use up the OPK's quickly :(
I am on a multitude of vitamins :( Fish oil, Co Q10, Elevit, Folic acid, Calcium with vitamin D, Brewers Yeast and Probiotics and chia seeds (omega 3) every time I have cereal/porridge. Around O time I take Robitussin and Wheatgrass tablets and use Preseed.
I drink Coconut water, V8 vegetable juice, V8 fusion juice, Grape juice and pineapple juice. I also drink lemon green tea (hot) and a squirt of lemon juice in water. I am trying to have a few eggs every couple of days. It's best not to ever feel hungry. I try to have protein and carbs at every meal. I really need to knuckle down now though. If I did ovulate early, I have less time to prepare my body for our attempt.
Now that I have to get stuck into the diet, this is what I will try to stick to.
Porridge or cereal for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, Dinner and a bowl of cereal before bed.
I will try to have more eggs, almonds and fruit and vege. 1-2 cans of coconut water around the week of ovulation.
That's all I can think of right now.
