I've loosened up on my sway a little too. I took Zyrtec and did rephresh and sylk last month and won't be doing them this cycle. I have lost 7 lbs( I'm the lightest I've been since high school) and last couple of weeks I'm eater a lot better.
Atomic is wanting me to drop the zyrtec and rephresh and sylk and do one attempt again but not sure mentally if I can get another bfn.
Im worried if I do get another bfn I will add in multiple attempts the following month and ruin the sway.

I've just brought some sylk from eBay. I had a free sample last month and I really liked it anyway for fun purposes.lol. so I will probably carry on using it.this month i will be testing on opks more so I will hopefully know exactly when I ovulated. Regarding the diet. I am doing a loose Le diet but Def not fully vegetarian. Apart from the odd big mac I haven't had beef for 3 months. I have lost approx 9 lb and I have been stuck at the weight I am for a few weeks.

I haven't had any beef either in the past 3 months. I'm mainly vegetarian with a few cheats here and there.

Don't give up ladies! It took me 9 cycles and 8 months before getting a BFP. I believe it takes a while to conceive because the body has to readjust to the change in maternal condition. It WILL happen! Diet, exercise (if you're doing it), fiber, and 1-2 (no more than 2) attempts in the fertile window are yielding the best results!!

Sage- my H likes it pitch black but we can't get our room totally dark but we've tried our best. I love the idea of you with your red light :) My light arrived today and I'm going to try using it for an hr in the morning when I check email and the like. I live in an area that can be gray and rainy for weeks on end so I figure if anything it can help my mood. I'll try it out for a month and see what happens. Yay for cross hairs for you! 9DPO sounds perfect for implantation signs! I hope you get a BFP Friday!

Healthygirl, that's awesome that you've lost that much weight (I hope you're feeling ok as a result of that). That's a strong sway in itself from what I understand! What cd are you?
I lost 40lbs about 6 months ago on a high protein low carb. As soon as I started swaying I have found that my weight is staying off but not able to lose as I'm at a pleateau. I do, however, have weight left to lose. Hopefully me not losing doesn't effect me too much.
I'm with you on worrying about loosening up my sway too much if bfn. My goal is (if I'm not preg this month) to really hit it in full force for next month. Fx for a baby girl for you! If by chance we both don't end up pregnant lets keep each other really motivated to sway strong!!!

I'm on CD 7 according to my clear blue monitor.
Does anyone know if your first day of AF
is CD 1 or day after?
Last couple of months I have been calling first day of AF as CD 1 but my monitor wanted me to call day after AF as CD 1.
We will be attempting CD 9 am (if I can convince my husband to bd before going to work) and PM cd 12.
This way the attempts will be 3.5 days apart.
I hope we all get our BFP soon!

My RE said that cd1 is the first (mostly full) day of spotting/bleeding. If you were to start spotting in the evening, cd1 would be the next day. Does that make sense?
