Oh hun, sorry to hear that you are bummed....goodness knows what our bodies get up to, and why.
I understand your frustration - trust me i do, but dont let it 'win' by disheartening you.
Maybe your body retains the LH hormone longer - hence you are still getting the positives?

I totally 'get' where you are coming from with the disrupted sleep - your exactly like me. My temp time is 5:45, but the the last week i wake up every 40mins or so and check the time. Which did get me wondering, if i normally take my temps at 5:45, and wake up 530, should i take the 530 temperature and record it, or lie there wide awake till 5:45??!?!?!? Whats more important, the actual 'time' or the fact that it needs to be 'as soon as you wake'?
Stay strong and determined, its not easy, but im sure it will all be worth it in the end - once you are holding your little baby, you will probably look back and laugh at all this.
