Quick check in from Greece as we've had almost zero wifi!
BFN for me at 12dpo yesterday so I think I'm out. :( AF is due tomorrow for me. Only odd thing was a temp drop at 11dpo (took it 4.5 hours late and it qas still low) so my only hope is super late implantation dip, but not holding my breath.
Mum maybe you're 5dpo. Really really hope it's your month

Argh can someone please talk sense to me! I just did another OPK and it was immediately positive again! This never happens. Been having cramps so I'm assuming I am O'ing but I have been fending DH off all morning telling him we timed it perfectly etc etc. Although I'm less bothered about this month due to my friends wedding in a few weeks I still want to give myself the best chance of PG.
For the past 2 months I had pos opk's for days, never before then though. Last month we didn't get pg with the only one attempt at the first positive but I'm so hoping we got it right this month!
Wish I could be more help but I had no idea what to do when mine were positive for so long either. 😕
I know it's only the first positive that counts really but as you know, when you have been trying for this long you really don't want to get it wrong! And with my DH playing the blame game every failed month, I can just hear him again in 2 weeks time saying "I told you we should have BD again!" I haven't told him about today's test or there would be hell to pay...

I usually have at least two mornings of +opk every month. I think it's the first one that counts the most.
We dtd last night. fx for good news this month!

I had such horrendous O pain most of the day yesterday which was more like an ache when I went to bed. So I thought I O'ed yesterday. Was gone when I got up and I was fine in the gym but then mid morning I kept getting stitch pain and now I'm having horrible cramps again :( just had a massive amount of ewcm as well. I'm a bit tired and hungover too which isn't helping lol!
How many positive opks have u had? ...Is it possible u r pg and that's what it's reading instead of O?Quote:

I didn't take a test today, my positives were Saturday and Sunday. Thought there was no point testing any further as atomic said it's only the first positive that counts. So I am guessing 1dpo today...long wait
joining back in :) we were supposed to be waiting until Aug, but had on oops on our 5 year wedding anniversary, now 5 DPO with 1 attempt 3 days before O. Kinda nervous I'll get a BFP, cause I wasn't doing all my sway stuff yet being we hadn't planned to try yet, but at least the timing/attempt would be girly and this is first real cycle after a MC.
Can I have your thoughts please ladies. The following pic shows an OPK taken with holding for 4 hours. The OPK below it was taken about an hour after drinking a good size drink.
Just after thoughts on how close you think I might be to a +OPK.

Steph this is what happend with me last month. Even if I dont sway soon, I still need to see if my O is keeping positive in my 15 day monthly.
I had terrible pains in my day 15 evening and normally next day those pains dissapeared but last month, I had them the next day morning and evening as well...
I stopped seeing my doctor for O exactlly day. I think will start September again...I dont want to stress him too much :))) I'm the only crazy at his firt hour in the morning trying to see the exact time of O :))))))
So frustrating Steph, OPK's are lighter today :( Hey do you get cramping possibly due to your acupuncture? I pretty much only had cramping around AF time before getting the acupuncture. I've only had 2 sessions and I feel like I get cramping just about every day. I don't have acupuncture again till the 16th but, I will mention it to her. Just wondering if you have had the same.

Gotta get a decent test and confirm to put my mind at ease

Boysway - I hadn't thought of that but it could be a possibility, because the acupuncture increases blood flow to that area encouraging ovulation. So it could well be that for both of us. I am aching a bit there now but I'm also a bit constipated which isn't unusual around O and just after. Have your opks progressed now?

Steph, I haven't done an OPK yet, it's only just gone 6:45 am here. I may well do an OPK soon though.

Well, I don't really hold any hopes of a bfp any time soon :( OPK this morning indicates ovulation may happen in the next few days. Unfortunately I think we have bigger fish to fry then when I will ovulate. Dh has told me he gets pain in his leg before we even get to the point of bd. So, there is yet another indication of possible cardio issues. I gave dh a good talking to this morning. His pessimism really gets to me :( I told him he needs to make time to get to the Dr to get tests before something major happens.

I don't know girls. I feel the exact same as I always do. No cramps, spotting, back aches.... I don't think I'll be getting a bfp this month. :broken: I'm only 2dpo (I think) we dtd Saturday. Idk. I thought I'd feel different or have cramps a tiny bit...
Awww odd im sorry. Why is that? :( the doctors basically use the same urine tests as hpt.
Myurkanin dont worry with both kids I felt nothing until day of missed period and it was mind numbing exhaustion. But didnt feel anything b4 that. With ds 2 I felt lower abdomen pain for 5 minutes around 7dpo but I dont know if it wss jmplantation or not dven pregnancy related. 2dpo is extremely early dont get discouraged

Blessedmomma, we miscarried last cycle and it was really hard on both of us - his way of protecting feelings i guess.
Bethwade - agreed, there's something about getting the doctor's approval that works like a charm lol
Melissa don't count yourself out if you feel nothing at 2dpo. Remember that PG symptoms, O symptoms and AF symptoms all feel pretty much the same this early, especially if you haven't been PG before.
I still haven't had a clear thermal shift, well I think I have but I'm not sure. My weekend temps are usually higher than my weekday temps due to alcohol and today's temp is high for a weekday. As we DTD on sat, if I only O'ed yesterday I am not confident at all. I thought I was O'ing on Sunday but who knows!! The small number of charts I have show that my temp usually rises 4 days after a pos OPK....but I am sure I O the day after......gah well next month I am going to BD the day of pos OPK and 2 days after to be sure.
Hopefully you get that thermal shift confirmed soon Steph.
My OPK is looking much better today. I'm thinking tomorrow will be my +OPK. Not that it matters much anyway. When I get paid next week I will extend my FF membership as it expires in 23 days :(
well i will be testing on the 6th while im on hols so fingers crossed n il update you when im back ;) ive has so much stomachs aches this month that i dont think ive caught but still praying, good luck everyone whos gonna be testing xx
