Hi everyone! long time no 'speak'! im 'popping' in now and again but i must admit not as frequently, as i get a bit stressed with gender (as most of you im sure). My anatomy scan is on the 18th october but we will stay team green - unless we see something!
I had a midwife appointment last week and it was so reassuring to hear the baby's heartbeat. Like you Mumofsix i was anxious that there wasnt any heartbeat ... Most of my ms have eased out but not the tiredness.
Stephk, keep us updated , I admire your positive attitude.

Blessed from what I've read it looks like a girl but I'm rubbish at guessing!!! Given what the tech said and all the guesses I think you can shop for pink!!! Congrats :)
How's everyone feeling these days? I'm 16 weeks and still nauseous. Never had this this with my three boys. Hope it ends soon. Feeling a little but of movement but not much!

Sunflower in the same boat as u 14w4d and nausea fatigue and heartburn r killing me. With ds 2 my ms wasnt Completely gone until 18 weeks :-/
Gosh I want to know how far along I am boooooo! Thinking around five-six weeks maybe!? Feel pretty normal but just so tired...could sleep for England.

Hello ladies. this thread is not that active huh...anyway, we had a 3d ultrasound today and it's confirmed ...she's all girl. I thought id be more excited bit both of our families managed to put damper on it. Oh well - thought i would share with u all a pic we got today of her sewer little face

So ladies i went ahead and scheduled an elective scan for this friday comming up. Im so nervous im just praying that all the ladies who guessed i was having a girl were right! It is only $55 so i figured why not. I pray with all my heart that i finally get my girl and that every1 gets their gd. Ahhhh
Any1 else gdtting a scan anytime soon?

Blessed momma you had such an amazing all girl response and at your gestation I would be pretty confident of hearing pink Friday but I hear you I feel the same we are just protecting ourselves just in case!! But yeah pretty sure you will be shopping up a storm this weekend! How many weeks will you be? Xx

Thanx kitkat!! Me and u r in the same boat!! Both had 100% girl responses for 13 week scan, i hope they were right :)... ill be 16 weeks for my scan so hopefully ill b far enough to get a clear potty shot!! Its so easy 4 me to b optimistic for u and be confident ur having ur girl , i wish i was more sure 4 myself. I think ur right its just a way 2 protect ourselves incase we dont hear girl.
16 weeks is a great time for the scan, Im 100% sure its a girl for you but yes I too will be nervous, heart racing, basket case before my scan too!! Good luck and update us asap! Wish I could find out in 3 weeks time five seems so far away!! I looked into elective gender scans but you need a referral from your midwife and I feel a bit silly saying I am just desperate to know gender now!! X

My gender scan is tomorrow morning, feeling pretty nervous. I booked this before I came up high risk for downs so I have another scan on wednesday with NHS but the purpose is not gender and I want to focus on the baby's health on wednesday rather than look for clues so I kept the booking for tomorrow. At least the purpose of tomorrow is gender so hopefully the baby will comply and get into a good position.
Ohh, I hope everything is okay Steph. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I hope everything turns out alright for ur baby steph! Im sure everything will b fine because ur risk was so low. But ofcourse its hardnot to worry. Good luck and please update when u find out the gender :)

No its normal odd. R u showing yet??? I havent had that feeling yet but i did with both pregnancies. Everything is being pushed upward and ur lungs cant expand as they normally do. If it really concerns u or gets worse i would mention to ob just 2 b safe.
