Babyboybleu, we have a dr apt Tuesday so I’m really hoping the girls will have gained enough wait to cut down a bit. I have discovered a couple of time saving tricks in Pinterest that I tried today... I was able to tandem feed both girls at the same time using my twin breastfeeding pillow, and then using a hands free pumping bra, was able to pump while feeding them their bottles of previously pumped fortified breast milk at the same time, shaving off quite a chunk of time! I’m starting to at least feel like I’m getting a handle on this a bit lol
37 weeks and officially over it , i don't remember if i mentioned it but i have been having bouts of Trigeminal Neuralgia on the left side of my face, its a blood vessel pressing on a nerve that has 3 branches, the pain i feel is left side of my jaw, cheek and its like an ice pick on the nerve or a vice on the top and bottom rows of teeth just the left side. you can't take the right pain killers when pregnant :( i have never had it before 8 weeks ago and its coming in clusters of days then nothing then 3/4 days in a row and lasting longer , codeine makes me drowsy and constipated and has hardly any effect on the pain so not worth it, i am booked for c secion on the 16th but im so wishing to go into labour asap so i can take appropriate anti spasm tablets to prevent the attacks, i also hope its only because of the pregnancy that its happening. hard to sleep and parent 4 other children at the moment :(
5 pregancies no hemarroids but i get random crap thing like this? im finally getting my girl trying to relish every last part of being pregnant for the last time but this is making it difficult :(

Headed to The doctors office this morning so we can get the girls weights. I’m really hoping we can cut back on the fortified breastmilk so that I don’t have to pump quite as much. My toddler is having a really hard time the past couple days with sharing his booby’s. He has overnight suddenly learned the magic word no and it is A word he’s been using for the past couple days all day long nonstop with everything we tell him or request of him. I’m trying to be as understanding as possible and handle it the best way I can. It’s really thrown me for a curve though, LOL. That and when he doesn’t get what he wants, all of a sudden he is hitting and biting and pulling and pinching. We’re trying to correct him lovingly and redirect him but it’s hard because he doesn’t really verbalize yet so he can’t say I am mad LOL
Ellirosanne how did their weights go? Aww I’m sorry. He’s starting to get jealous huh? That makes it rough, when they start acting up on count of that. It’s hard trying to divide yourself at first. You all will get in a routine. It gets better.

Mommy2apples, thank you! So at their two week apt, Chloe gained a whole lb as did Clarissa! So Chloe weighed 6 lbs and Clarissa weighed 5! Chloe grew an inch and a half, and Clarissa grew a half an inch! The pediatrician was pleased and wants me to continue triple feeding for two more weeks. Then we will reevaluate and hopefully wean down to just breastfeeding like you would for a normal full term baby or babies :)

Grace I'm sorry you are in so much pain it sounds horrendous. I can barely walk, even round the shops I get really bad hip and back pain. I feel bad with the kids being off school now for summer because I just cant spend a lot of time with them outdoors :(

I just hit 34 weeks and the Braxton Hicks have gone crazy for the last few days. Any time I get up to do anything they start up and don’t stop until I lie down for awhile. Unfortunately, with having 6 kids already, rest is very limited. Based on my past history we figure I’ve got about 2 weeks left before I go into labor. I’m feeling so stressed anout everything that’s still not done, the majority of which is because of my husband just plain not doing it. I can only do some of the things on his list myself. Next Friday I get my last full growth and anatomy scan and they’ll double check her heart for anything that may change delivery plans. Her original fetal evho showed she had none of the genetic defects her brother has so she’s likely fine and it’s just an extra precaution.

Hi ladies, I'm hoping for some advice if u can. I've been suffering with really bad heartburn this pregnancy. Consultant has prescribed 3 different types of meds but none habe really worked. I can deal with with heartburn but the problem lately is feeling like I'm too full and food is stuck in my throat. I'm careful not to over eat.
Do any of you have any tips to relieve this? I'm 35w so still have a bit to go and this feeling is pretty much constant. I need some relief! Thanks in advance.!

They gave me ranitidine 150mg and I took it twice a day and it was a lifesaver, and Rolaids. But if it’s not helping ugh, milk or vanilla ice cream also.Quote:

I have awful heartburn with pregnancy, and so far Prilosec OTC has worked the best. I was taking ranitidine but it stopped working. Try Prilosec if that’s one you haven’t tried yet.Quote:
