I would say they are positive, but so so faint the company would say they aren't. My friend got a positive 4 days after missed period and seriously the line was almost as dark as the control line.

The tests are only guaranteed positive from first day of missed period but keep testing your first morning urine, I found the cheapies off ebay were great.

The difficulty with tests that are 10miu (early detection tests) is that they more often show that light second line, the 20 or 30 miu ones are more trustworthy.

I totally know how you feel hon, I have been there last few months, testing like mad, analysing each symptom, and I did it with my ds2 as well. So I feel exactly the same way and know how heartbreaking/stressful and it can be!

what are some brand names of these tests 20 or 30 miu??? I've only heard of early detection ones......

I know only because I accidentally used the 20mui test with ds1 and it didn't show for a while, then with ds2 I used 10mui early detection test and it showed super fast, but I went through a lot of very very faint + before getting a proper +. I thnk doctors use the 20mui ones to avoid this.

I'm TRYING to wait it out now. There isn't much else I can do. I don't want to waste a small fortune on pregnancy tests obsessing over needing to know, when it probably won't be clear for a couple more days anyway. It's hard!! I will be 10dpo tomorrow, as far as I can tell. After initially thinking it was weeks ago. I had some cramping in the evening of CD21, which would fall in line with the last few months. So am going by that.

No, I haven't been charting because it stresses me way too much and after last month's chemical I felt I couldn't cope with it. Plus we have been traveling across continents and I co sleep with my toddler. Heaps of reasons it wouldn't work for us at present.

Totally get you, and agree, reducing stress is key! I hate the waiting to o and waiting to be pg! It's just waiting waiting waiting!!!

I've been talking with DH and suggested perhaps I got to the shop in the morning and get another 3 pack of frer tests and do one and cross fingers the line is darker. And get him to let me have one test per day (because if I have them there I will use them all, I get excited and just need answers!). That way we can watch the results darken every morning. Anyone tried this?

Good idea, I am an addict too, and use too many if they are there! Have peed on 4 opk's today, lol!

Tests are like chocolates aren't they? You know they are there so you grab one! I love your idea of one per morning - a bit like an advent calendar!! REALLy hope it works out for you - I had a chemical last month too so understand what you are going through.

I'm feeling a bit pessimistic this month despite IB on CD and 8. Have had spotting yesterday and today (the day before Af is due) so am not hopeful even though the spotting is getting less:( We had to DTD the day after O again which I'm convinced was why I had a chemical last month. I'm not going to test unless spotting stops as I would rather not know if I am having a chemical - a failed attempt is so much easier to deal with. Will stick with Folic and won't drink or eat anything not recommended during pregnancy just in case but am pretty sure next week will see me chowing down sushi and a gallon of cava! (not TTC again till Feb)

Hi guys 1dpo for me got my smiley Wednesday at 7am dtd at lunch time and nothing since so here's hoping. I'm going to test next Sunday at 10dpo
