I can tell you bought a plan too. We have lots of things to keep up with. I'm trying to follow the diet as best as possible.
Boysway, do you know if hot sauce or spicy food sways?

Hey ladies I haven't bought a plan but I've been eating anything I want as long as it is healthy. I have an app on my phone that says I'm getting around 3500 MG of potassium a day and around 90 to 120 grams of protein. I'm eating a variety of fruits and veggies, drinking full fat milk and eating about every 2 hours. I didn't want to stress it too much. Do you think that's enough? Today I am stressed about it maybe because nursing school is around the corner!

It's hard sometimes thinking oh wait is this protein and carbs in one snack or should I grab something else? Normally I'll eat like an apple and peanut butter or cheese and almonds. Right now I'm having ice cream and pumpkin seeds. What snacks do you eat Jana?
Im cd 31 today.. where is af?? Im going to hold off testing till next week because my cycles do get long some months. Lets just hope its negative because i wasnt ready! Lol. Tried preseed for the first time today just for fun and I love it!!
