It's so quiet on here without your daily food, z!!
No breakfast
Lunch rice with cucumber, mint, olive oil, balsamic, little Parmesan.2 meringues, skittles, popcorn, go ahead bar
Snack cucumber
Dinner will be pasta with leek, courgette, creme fraiche, Parmesan. More sweets and anything to up calories!
I'm starving as I'm trying not to snack since I'm in 2ww, it's hard!!

I'm on my second day back on Slimming World, hoping it'll become my new normal after a few weeks like the LE diet did!

it is quiet today...
lunch: pitta + cheddar + cucumber + grapes
tea: Tesco light choices cheese + broccoli pasta
supper: 2 choc slices + cream+ raspberries
or that was the plan, just added it up and it's 878 calories, 30.71g protein, 22.3g fat, 600mg sodium. Ah well, maybe I don't need that much anyway as it feels like enough!

Rainbow, be very careful about not eating enough calories. Maybe eat one more thing even if you're not that hungry. Just a thought since I've had such a nightmare, ignore me if you want!!!!

monitoring my weight loss though, I seem to be losing about 1lb a week so not too fast

lunch: 6 cream crackers, 1/2 babybel, grapes, 2 doughnuts
snack: kitkat
walk home: mars bar
tea: risotto with leek, mushroom, courgette + parm. It was delicious!

Dinner vegetable thai green curry with rice (ridiculously delicious!!), milky bar dessert, White chocolate bar. Run out of skittles!!:(
